<b>Biography:</b>
The Grouch is one of the founding members of the internationally infamous crew, The Living Legends. Humbly beginning on a 4-track recorder nearly 15 years ago, The Grouch has steadily grown into one of the prominent figures within the independent hip hop scene. Known for captivating his listeners with his down to earth and truthfully poignant raps and production, The Grouch has successfully released over nine solo projects making this year’s, “Three Eyes Off The Time” his tenth solo release. In addition to his solo career, The Grouch has played an integral part in building the Living Legends brand, sound, and image. A consummate workaholic, The Grouch also has numerous groups outside of his solo career and LL collective, most notably: The Grouch & Eligh, Zion I & The Grouch, and The CMA with Living Legends crewmate, Luckyiam.

Eligh, a self-described “genre-breaking, obsessive bass fiend” has continued to sustain himself as a salient figure for over fifteen years within the increasingly fickle and rapidly revolving world of hip-hop. The Los Angeles native has maintained his respected status by fearlessly veering from a the traditional trajectory which is often limited to beats and rhymes. Instead, Eligh has chosen to fabricate projects that incorporate the gritty sounds of the UK dub scene, the unorthodox styling of indie rock, the lush guitars and honesty of folk music, and the complexity of jazz, all without losing the listener in a musically esoteric composition.

2018 will mark the release of Eligh's 10th official solo album. His last self produced album, Grey Crow, was a testament to his resilience against a drug addiction that nearly took his life 12 years ago. Grey Crow was the first official solo release from Eligh since 2003’s Poltergeist. Even with the seven-year gap between solo projects Eligh continued to contribute to a plethora of projects within that time frame which, most notably include, Living Legends albums, “Classic” and “The Gathering”; The Grouch & Eligh, “No More Greener Grasses” and “Say G&E!”; Eligh & Jo Wilkinson, “On Sacred Ground: Mother & Son”, and many more.

Eligh’s musical interest was piqued as middle schooler, and along with some friends formed the now defunct, yet legendary Log Cabin crew. That same crew would ultimately end up producing many of Los Angeles’s prominent hip-hop figures, including future crewmates, Murs and Scarub. After a stint in the Bay Area, which lead to a serendipitous gathering of minds, ideas and styles that formed the now world famous Living Legends crew, Eligh returned home to Los Angeles. Since returning home, Eligh has tirelessly produced classic material, being the main contributor to what many would dub the trademark, “Living Legends sound”. Outside of being a studio musician and rapper, Eligh has relentlessly toured and has performed on stages across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia and continues to deliver a captivating live show with his trademark rapid fire delivery, whether as a solo act or with his Legendary brethren. As a producer, Eligh has provided music for notable acts such as Living Legends, Murs, Rass Kass, El-P, wrestler John Cena, and continues to be a sought after producer by his peers.

In 2016, "Grand Tapestry" was released. A group formed by Eligh, Alam Khan, and Salar Nader, Grand Tapestry is a unique mix of classical Indian music, and hip hop, in line with Eligh's "Genre breaker" moniker. That journey is just beginning, and he see's the groups potential as limitless. His goal to score film had always been apart of his story, and Eligh hopes to speak it into existence in the coming months.

He is known as PSC, Luckyiam, Lucky, LuckyOne or Cool Man number 1!!! In the early 90's Lucky studied the art of dope Left Coast hip hop at the Goodlife Cafe among Heavyweights Freestyle Fellowship & countless others. Wanting to create his own style and identity in hip hop, he headed north to the bay area shortly after the infamous L.A. Riots and joined The Mystik Journeymen with Sunspot Jonz. The Journeymen took the the bay area underground scene by storm and continued to take the underground street tape hustle they invented worldwide. Luckyiam.psc is the co-founder of The Living Legends crew and he is a consistant solo artist as well (Extra Credit series 1&2 and Justify The Mean$ & The Collectors Item are all critically acclaimed works*)

He is a member of 3 inner crew groups as well (Mystik Journeymen feat. Sunspot Jonz, The CMA with The Grouch and The Underbosses with his little brother MURS). Always on the road touring & promoting projects 2003 saw Lucky do 3 USA tours in one year! (Creative Differences,My Way & The Highway and Cali Comm) plus a Japan tour in the summer with Eligh! In 2004 Lucky was even more busy! He toured the Northwest with Living Legends in January,next recorded with the Legends in Maui for the new LLcrew album in Feb. Then he toured Europe for more than a month with Atmosphere, came back home and then performed @ both days of The Coachella Festival (day one with Living Legends, day 2 with Atmosphere) Lucky then played Scribble Jam 2004 with the Legends crew in August. After which he toured Japan with Murs & Eligh, Omni & DJ Quietstorm (Sept),next he was off to South America & became one of the 1st underground artists to ever perform in Peru along with his "Old Passports" partner Omni. Finally at the end of 2004 Lucky toured Australia Dec. 29th - Jan 10th 2005 with Murs. Lucky is on a mission! With all of this on his plate he still managed to help make the sophmore CMA album "All Over" one of the best Living Legends/Legendary Music releases EVER. 2005 Lucky came back to the states with work on his mind. The CMA teamed up with Scarub and toured Japan mid Febuary this year. His 9th trip to Japan consisted of shows, in-stores & a Japaneese press junket for Classic. Lucky came back to the states @ the end of Feb. and then played Alaska with The Grouch & worked on his pro snowboarding skills! March 8th Legendary Music released the "Classic" album and one week after Lucky & The Legends embarked on a 57 day USA/Canadian tour with Pigeon John opening and guests J-Live & Jedi Mind Tricks. The tour was a success full of wild sold out shows from the east coast to the west. 2 weeks after that Lucky left to tour Europe with the Legends for 3 1/2 weeks pushing Classic to the Euro-heads & killing it live on stages from Prague to Finland. Lucky took a month & a half off this summer then went on a short version of Cali Comm with Living Legends, Aceyalone, Peanut Butter Wolf & One Block Radius, good times! Now we come to the present..Lucky is taking time off to write new songs & record music for his next two solo albums. Lucky keeps on pushing the envelopes, of money into his pocket while staying true to his art!
