"Souls die and people profit off, the bodies that remain, they struck a needle and make living tough." refers to stressful office jobs in which the company treats his employees like puppets.


"and your patience, I realize I never should’ve seen the sky blue, this world is gray, and no colors are left to stay for much longer especially now that it’s may, you can call this a theft and I should always be Wrong" referring to how there is not much positivity in the world; saying that "there's color" is usually a way to say that the atmosphere is great and positive. the theft part refers to how humans stole this positivity.

"me and faith living aside, I need a lance to kill someone and get in some prison cells."
this refers to how i always pray that my passions thrive and that nothing bad happens in my life;
the second segment refers to a metaphor where the "Lance" is actually my determination and "someone" is a guy i know which i won't name for obvious reasons that always hated on me. Prison cells refers to the fact that killing is a crime and thanks to this metaphor it means to get into the industry. 

"I really need to be done, pocket change runnin to be more than the wage gives
I told those two niggas to run, they are in range of the tears and the rage I brought to the 7 hills"

referring to how low the wage is due to inflation not increasing job checks while everything else becomes more expensive. the two niggas that run refer to me telling other people to not fall into the trap of these kind of jobs. range of tears and rage refers to what i prove to this system and 7 hills are how many hills Rome was built on. (city i live in).
