We at Feinstoff are really happy to share with you all the fourth release of British/Albanian imprint "Olimpiada". 'Zig Zag Sea EP' by the Albanian project 'Pines In The Sun'. Mastered by Rich Lane at Cotton Bud Mastering. 

This is a debut release for the Tirana Based duo Lindi aka Uj Pa Gaz and Olsi of Radioblog Tirana. 

Both tracks were recorded in Sep 2018 at Bunec beach in the south coast of Albania. The sound is a mix of balearic, dub, psychedelic, downtempo, think the Adriatic zig zag sea meeting the Ionian sun. Here comes a special remix from the tici taci label boss Duncan Gray!

In this year after pandemic hit the world I realize that it will be better to put out all this lost tracks i had in my archives, some will be out via Calypso page and others will be exclusive to my bandcamp page. This is the firs exclusive I put out here, its an EP that was gonna be out in 2017 but at the end i decided not to go on with the label and it ended in my lost archvies. Now its time for it to see the lights of the world, I did a new version called Rave Mix to keep it fresh it comes together with two monster remixes by Rous and Mijo, already tested and retested all over the world, I can only say I am happy for this tracks to see the lights.

El lanzamiento en vinilo limitado fue posible gracias al sello holandés 339 Records y saldrá como un maxi single que incluye solo No FTR Original y Franz Scala's Remix.

Sobre el EP:

No FTR es la abreviatura de No Future: Daniel Monaco quiere representar un viaje a un lugar oscuro, tal vez perdido en el espacio, tal vez condenado a un universo paralelo, las, baterías a veces se mezclan con sonidos metálicos y melodías que sugieren sentimientos de esperanza y desesperación, todo ello secuenciando los bajos de sintetizador que se entrelazan con líneas de bajo interpretadas en vivo, tratando de crear ritmos de rodadura embarrados pero nítidos. Se hizo una exageración intencional en el arreglo para recordar la plenitud en el sonido típico de algunas pistas italianas de la vieja escuela que le gustan a Daniel Monaco.

El EP es un concepto de Dark Italo que contiene 3 originales y 3 remixes de artistas como James Rod el imparable Boss label de Golden Soul Records, la artista coreana Shubostar propietario de Uju Records conocido por su Cosmic Touch y por último el jefe de Slow Motion Franz Scala pionero de la nueva ola italiana, un verdadero creador e Italo Master, aporta su toque mágico para hacer de este lanzamiento un esencial de 2020.
