Looking to start the new year in style and capture some attention right from the get go, Lutetia Dubz are back on the release once again. This time Label boss, Nibé’s partner in crime and household Dubstep veteran Von D is on the buttons for this latest installment into an already impressive back catalogue.
The opening track to this latest drop, “Broadstreet” is a stylish, stomping, savage of a production leading you into a false sense of security through subtle melodies and Von D’s signature soft synths before unleashing it’s true forceful, heavyweight nature and delving deep into the darker side of the sound with twists and turns around every break.
Meanwhile, on the flip, “Imagination” is somewhat reminiscent of the early days of Dubstep’s progression. A pounding, subloaded body is sure to make you feel the serious weight on this one. Brought together by an abstract hook and numerous syncopated elements adding both fluidity and rhythm to the track, this is certainly a production that both pays homage to the past whilst still brimming with originality.

Due for release February 3rd, this release is sure to draw plenty of attention from all corners of the scene and also kick off 2014 in a big way for Lutetia Dubz.
