This is my edit and mastering of one of my favorite remixes. I added some beats and put on filters to make certain parts in the middle and end sound more psychedelic. I enhanced and cleaned up what was there in the song. I am very appreciative of Neon Steve for making such a great remix and this is my way of showing it

God, Lord, Universe, whatever you prescribe to, Bless the Producers and people who spend every free waking moment on their craft. I spent months, days, hour after hour producing, remixing, editing and mastering many of the tracks on here. I'm even taking professional vocal lessons. I quit smoking cigarettes, because it was taking away from my production time as well as stealing my beauty in many ways. The tracks I didn't produce I give homage to the other producers by remixing or mastering their tracks along with mine. There's still much to be done and some edits and final mastering to be done to some of my tracks and remixes, but I really wanted to get this out and then after I finalize some of the tracks I've been diligently and relentlessly working on I will post those. For now, Much Love and Enjoy!
Oh yeah and this mix should definitely be listened to with good subs or headphones.

LUXXURY follows the success of his latest singles “Breathe (Again)” (1.5 million Spotify streams in first 5 months) and neo-disco classic “Feel the Night” with a new smooth yet dance-able magic hour-tinged love song, “I Need You.” Singer/Producer/Multi Instrumentalist Blake Robin explains: “It's the most honest song I’ve ever written, indeed when I sing it live I blush from revealing myself in public so shamelessly. But frankly I’m a bit of an exhibitionist, so it all works out.” On keys once again is Robin’s frequent collaborator Billy Caruso, whose shimmering Rhodes line gives the otherwise upbeat dance song an aching, melancholy tone. Guest bassist Joe Karnes from Fitz and the Tantrums gives Robin’s original bassline a punch in the gut, elevating it to disco funk heaven.

In 2013 LUXXURY started to release a series of unofficial remixes called "LUXXURY edits" using only original multitrack stems for a number of famous songs including Eagles' "Hotel California” Duran Duran's "Girl on Film"and many more. As a result of the attention he received (Wall Street Journal, LA Times, Vice etc.) he began to get commissioned remix work from artists such as Greg Wilson, Melanie Martinez and Fitz & The Tantrums. In 2016 Luxxury released a series of original singles, appeared on NBC's Last Call with Carson Daly, and got support from outlets as Majestic Casual, Spin and Complex. LUXXURY has had more than 2 million streams on Spotify with over 200k average monthly listeners.

Satin Jackets – You Make Me Feel Good (Original Mix)

Whilst 2020 has seen nu-disco star Tim Bernhardt AKA Satin Jackets return to his roots, releasing an EP of equally chilled- and blissed-out instrumental cuts, fans of the vocal collaborations that marked the German producer's last album are well catered for with 'Think About It', a brand new single that nods towards a poppier direction and wouldn't sound out of place on last year's 'Solar Nights' LP.

Recorded earlier this year in the legendary Hansa Studios in Berlin, famous for having hosted the likes of David Bowie, Depeche Mode and Falco in the 70s and 80s, the storied building's atmosphere, an inspiration to songwriters and musicians for decades, quickly worked its magic on Tim.

"I was in Berlin for a few days to meet and work with songwriters from around the world, and really it's not hard to be motivated when you're in a place with a history like Hansa." He explains. "It's like it has this aura from all the great records that have been recorded there over the years, it left us in awe and was very inspiring. Anyway time to do some proper disco I thought and so that's what we did."

And "proper disco" is exactly what we've got here. A beat that will kick your feet into gear, a bass line to engage your hips, guitars, pianos and strings all coming together to deliver the kind of sun kissed melodies Satin Jackets fans know and love and then to top it all off a stunning vocal performance to ensure that much like the lyrics say this is one track won't be able to get out of your mind this summer.

"After the last two singles I couldn't wait to hear what Tim would send me next," explains Panama.
