Signing a distribution deal with Ingrooves, a company owned by Universal Music Group at only 14, he is one of the first few people his age to get changed from a secular music career, give their life to Christ, and become successful making music for Jesus.

He is inspired by artists such as Shayyn!, Jay Roxxx, Miles Minnick, J. Cole and his 2nd Uncle from his Mom's side, the legend himself, Vicente Fernández

Mac has built up a following of 9,000 people in 6 months on his new account as a born-again christian @dkgmac, he never fails to deliver good music, some of his music being with artists like Mainetoowavy!who are christian or even secular rappers like Sadboyshaq and Yeat.
