@SSSLIP and @Betonbrutt have tapped up grime pioneer Trim to add his bars on 17th Grid release, pressed for the first time on vinyl !

Trim steps up to the mic for the lead track, 'Pigeons', which brings next-gen grime energy with raw, club-ready vibes and menacing bars that are underpinned by a wobbly low end, and it's all perfect for dance floor detonation. 'Transit Limb' dives into a nostalgic yet forward-thinking fusion of experimental grime and UK bass that subtly echoes the sounds of the early 2010s with twisted breaks and chopped vocals.
The boys also invited @Notiiton and @BeatriceMasters for two great remixes, Noti turned the lead track into a precise electro banger and Beatrice drowned Transit Limb to the darkest depths of the ocean to close the EP.

Early Reflex continues its Eyes series with a powerful return from Brooklyn-based producer
Sobolik, whose distinctive and emotionally resonant club music first landed on the imprint with
Opening track “Sandbox” is a hypnotic roller driven by a constant mantric bass and led by
ethereal, airy synths. The piece flows with emotional clarity, balancing softness and propulsion in
equal measure—an entrancing meditation through rhythm and texture.
On the flip, “Turning Back” explores a darker, more angular energy. Grime-inflected and
basslines. The track moves with restrained intensity, echoing internal shifts and the slow
untangling of anxious loops.
With Eyes III, Sobolik expands on their singular voice within experimental club music, continuing
Early Reflex’s commitment to foregrounding emotionally charged, forward-thinking sonic work.

PREMIERE : Onyr - Swirl [909CNT014] 

Onyr is the electronic music project of London-based drummer and producer Dave Storey. After making his debut in 2025 with releases on Sweden’s AEDI Records and BEAM Records, he now unveils his first full EP, Hydrus, released on the French label 909 Connection.

Drawing on his deep rhythmic sensibility and expansive musical background, his productions blend an eclectic mix of organic textures, psychedelia, and deep techno into a distinctly polyrhythmic and hypnotic sound. The result is an immersive sonic world that bridges the acoustic and electronic, built on carefully crafted grooves, euphoric atmospheres, and a drive to explore different states of consciousness.

To complete the EP, STUPR made a tribal and dubby interpretation of Rainmaker, and R.2614 remixed Swirl, adding his unique occult touch to the release.

Hydrus introduces Onyr as an artist with a clear and compelling sonic identity.
