A Live mix Based upon the Something In The Sky Vinyl Series by Jeff Mills/DJ Surgeles so it has a definitive sci-fi techno flavor. These vinyls are some of my favorite sci-fi techno records in my collection.

I have since bought all the vinyls in this series so there will be another mix featuring the whole collection! The final record, which I got, is by DJ Surgeles and includes an interview with Betty & Her Husband about their encounter. Look forward to Taken 2 (cheeky working title) and in the meanwhile check out this live mix that lead to all of this, which is a mix that plucks at the heart & soul of Detroit.

Her hair was wild, a thing of rare delight,

Her feet trod soft, the breeze did rise
And whispers in his ear a song of joy,
Where bluebirds sing, and ocean waves

Caress his limbs. She comes near him
With kisses thrice: he craves for more
And reaches out. 

She smiles at him. She beckons him, 
and whispers in his ear a tune so sweet, 
so strange, he could not help but follow her

under the moon-lit weeping willow.
His body lies now cold upon his pillow.
