Classic late night house music the suitably titled ‘Travel Inside’ takes us deep on a trip as its soft vocals, echoing synths, chugging beats and discombobulated bleeps provide a space for you to lose yourself on the dance floor.

No less trippy is ’Nights With Lorelai’, another heady mix of elusive melodies, acidic squelches, luminous textures and wordless chants that wouldn’t sound out of place on an album like Orbital’s classic ‘Brown’ album. 

Gemini Brothers are Bucharest based Ionut and Razvan Chiron. With releases on labels such as Skint, Night Noise, Nein Records and now Eskimo Recordings the pair’s unique take on house music has seen them become firm favourites of everyone from Andrew Weatherall to Tiga, Psychemagik to John Talabot.

The idea of a remix of Emmanuelle was in the air, we liked the idea to go deeper into the concept of this quite iconic character which has been exploited in so many different ways in literature and movies. 
Emmanuelle’74 refers to the original movie released in 1974. 
The cover art is inspired by Voyeurism, Los Angeles 1989, Helmut Newton
The burning man is also close and we were all excited preparing all our personal Transfinity merchandising completely hand crafted.
We spend time in the studio painting t-shirts and working on the new Emmanuelle release: this track meant to be our last release before the Burn, before going back home in the Playa.

Hamburg’s Mireia Records deals in high grade house music that is rich in deepness and melody; to date putting out music from Christopher Rau, Conga Fever, Marcus Worgull and Lauer. Their latest offing is a delectable EP from Johannes Klingebiel; a certified jazz drummer purveying tripped out warm sounds. ‘It’s OK To Cry’ features five cuts ranging in tenderness and atmosphere, each track showing off Klingebiel’s deep musicality. Here we premiere  ‘Time Is Now,’ a slow burning yet subtly euphoric number that elevates with percolating bass and glistening, spacey keys. Having discovered electronic music at the end of the 90's, Thomass Jackson grew up going to raves where trance was one of the main styles played out and about. The influence it had on him was planted deeply into his DNA with, although moving on to different musical pastures soon after. "Cowbells & Temples" sees the Argentinian artist revisit these early influences on Feines Tier, and blend those elements into new directions.

Fueled by gated chords, dreamy arpeggios, trippy vocals and percussions, these tracks, including remixes by Man Power, Mytron & Ofofo and Daniel Nitsch, are destined to take you back into the heydays and slingshot you right back to the present. Trance not trance.

@Sonar-Kollektiv needs no introduction, founded in 1997 by “Jazzanova” as a platform for own releases it soon attracted numerous new discoveries and like-minded musicians to illustrate the musical taste of the collective, its flavourful development, and recollection of past sounds. They are celebrating their 21st birthday with a massive compilation from their back catalog consisting of two volumes with a total of sixty tracks covering releases from the last two decades that showcase their wonderfully broad approach to A&R.

With this colossal compilation, it was a challenge to choose our favorite track and in the end, our personal selection deviated towards “Mooryc’s (@mooryc) – One day” and “Jules et Spatz”(@julesspatz) or otherwise well known as “Jimi Jules & Kalabreses” has bought this song to the dancefloor with their remix.

Belgian disco savants Rheinzand return with the second in a triptych of remix EPs. This one follows Obey Remixes, which came out Nov 6.

Kills & Kisses, the original track, comes off Rheinzand’s 2019 self-titled album and has been out as a single as well. The track was one of the more propulsive on the album with an almost micro-house sounding groove, driving down low, blossoming up top.

This bundle of remixes flow from that vein, expanding on the house angle of Rheinzand’s sound through the work of three fantastic artists.

Sicilian Musumeci aka Mauro di Martino tidies up the track and grooms that sweet, dreamy essence of the original into a timeless dance tune.

The Tel Aviv duo Red Axes’ deliver a more visceral take, stoking the bodily fires with deep, punchy bass and sharp staccato.

And last but not least, English-Japanese group Skylab deconstruct and almost perversely (in a good way) re-intensify the source material on a mesmeric trip to the chthonic planes of dance music.

The track also features as a special dub mix and instrumental version.
