London based R&B songstress Lylo Gold releases her debut Extended Play (EP) entitled ‘Heartache & Wray’, following a turbulent relationship and featuring an array of melodic sounds that will introduce you to her world.
 
Following on from her SOLD OUT launch earlier this summer; already with over 250,000 accrued plays on Spotify and her work having featured on The Fader, The MOBO's Ones to Watch and The AfroPunk Playlist, Lylo’s sound is fast spreading through the UK and beyond.
 
Lylo Gold is a charismatic singer songwriter who began singing at the tender age of 11. Now 25 years old, she has since gone on to compose, write and co-produce an array of songs alongside a variety of artists. Dubbed as Jamz Supernova’s (BBC 1Xtra) one to watch in 2018 and having performed at DJ Ace’s (BBC 1Xtra) sold out Record Box Live in January, Lylo has already declared 2018 as hers for the taking.
 
Known mostly for her iconic releases including Starry Night & Over U, produced by frequent collaborator XVR BLCK, Lylo Gold has not only gained commercial success but also notoriety amongst her peers. The project includes instrumentation from the phenomenal guitarists Jemil Major and Cynesha Brown, and includes a heart-wrenching ballad from the reputable Michael Patrick. Lylo has not only ventured vocally, but displays her adaptability by giving us well written, genre diverse hits that seem to really captivate her emotions.
