AJJA - Exclusive Mix for radiOzora | 20/03/2016

The 7th edition of Looney Moon Records‘showcase will be presented by label producer AXIAL TILT a.k.a. Flavio Ferreira (Xpiral and Sychotria).

Axial Tilt is a new music produced by Flavio Ferreira (Xpiral and Sychotria), that comes to “tilt” your mind in a positive vibration, with themes that take you to a journey into the vibrating energy from our planet Earth. The project have played in the major festivals and partyes in Brazil, Europe and this year went to USA for the first time. He has joyned Looney Moon team since the beginning, inpired by all crew and music experience they have together. His first EP “Obliquity” was very big success on digital stores and after that he got some releases around other friend’s labels . He has some nice new tunes coming up soon, like vs Pantomiman, vs Headworks, vs VIrtual Ligth, vs Fungoloyds, and also producing a new EP for Looney Moon Recs.

Jungle Calling is a compilation made by Djs Govinda & Mikel and inspired by the wild jungle gathering we have been putting up in Goa since few years now. After more then 10 years of experience taking active part in festivals like Boom, Ozora, Sonica, Modem, Blackmoon and others we finally decided to open a record label and release music from our favourite artists selecting tracks from the most known ones like Ajja, Drip Drop, Gaspard and Dsompa. but also some emergent ones like Brain jam, Overload and Dimmitrion to give voice to great new artists that haven't been discovered by the audience yet. The type of sounds that we have been selecting is a mixture of organic feelings, groovy baselines and crunchy leads aiming to take you into a powerful hypnotic experience. The dance floor has been our biggest passion for many years, that's why our hope is that these tunes will bring you into a new dimension like it did to us in the last parties... Keep rocking & stay Psy!

The mother, through the amniotic casing, acts as a safety filter from the external environment, protecting the unborn child. 
Antithesis defines this image in his debut Extended Play. 
The artist's groovy basslines intend to replicate the form of these 'umbilical cords'.They are then crossed over by sounds coming from synths, like input signals from the world of today technology. 
This is his attempt to represent life and its essence through music, 
His sound reconstructed to relive this before-birth experience, its dangers and torments, its beauty and oblivion. 
The utopia and its eventual deconstruction, finally immersing into reality.

Shadow Shaman (Forestdelic Records) is the Night-Psy project of Gareth Gordon Steyn he produces and performs energetic psychedelic trance with the dankest full power basslines layered with a unique combination of edgy mind melting mechanical leads and bubbly textures. 148bpm to 152bpm is where he thrives, keeping the perfect balance between psychedlia and Light hearted fun on the dance floor. Gareth has studied percussion and music theory and he applies this knowledge in his sound design resulting in complex rhythms and patterns, emphasizing on intricate arrangements and relentless momentum.

Dwelling Through The Dubious Forest Of Delight - September 2019

A Forest and Darkpsy DJ/Producer from a Galaxy so beyond infinity not even Buzz Lightyear could find it, crash landed in Cape Town, South Africa many moons ago and has been there ever since, infecting the humans with his otherworldly outdoor sounds. 

After traveling light through the cosmos, he found himself in the Milky-Way galaxy on the third rock from the sun, engaging in the psychedelic culture. The longer he spent with the psychonauts on the planet, the stronger his urge to bring Alien elements from home and combine them with the organic mass that is Earth grew.

Starting to mix Forest and Darkpsy in 2017, the extra-terrestrial project of Lysergic Babble began to feed a foresty frequency into the ears of the Earth humans.

Towards the end of 2018 he began playing around with Alien communication devices in order to spread messages across the cosmos with his own unique flavour and is quickly pushing to get the "Forest" sound behind his composition.

With the unpredictable basslines, twisted, organic sound effects and atmospheric whispers which his style holds, he is sure to keep you intrigued and leave psychedelic soundscapes oozing through your psyche.
