Not Quite Disco was founded in 2015, and has since pulled out the stops breaking out unheard rarities from the world’s disco, funk and soul music scene. The podcast pays homage to the greatest music from the past, through perhaps an unhealthy obsession of scouring the world for songs that time has forgot. Our hope for the Not Quite Disco podcast series is simple, we just want to warm up your night with the sweet sounds of history’s culture, through the people, events and music that make it so great.

Todd Edwards created an innovative blend of rhythmic, cut-and-paste vocal samples, rubbery baselines and slapping percussion that helped propel Britain's Sunday club scene into the genuine phenomenon of Speed Garage.
