About the piece:
Mmmm-te is result of Collaboration between Amirali Ghasemi & Mohamad Golabi, where Amirali recites one of his poems and Mohammad has arranged and designed an audio environment in which the spoken words can be sensed in an ambiguous yet familiar way.
The experimental poem juxtaposed various vocabulary from a wide range of disciplines and this is what is happening with the Mohamad’s layered soundscape.

مممم - تِ حاصل همکاری امیرعلی قاسمی و محمد گلابی است، جایی که دکلمه‌ی امیرعلی از شعر خودش با تنظیمات و طراحی های محمد در هم می‌آمیزد تا کلمات ادا شده در بستری مبهم و در عین حال آشنا کنار هم چیده شوند. شعر تجربی که دستمایه‌ی این اثر شده واژگانی از عرصه‌های مختلف را بر هم می‌نشاند چنانچه منظره‌ی صوتی لایه‌لایه‌ای که محمد گلابی ترسیم می‌کند، این واقعه قابل ردیابی است.

New project by ex-Tangerine Dream member Johannes Schmoelling and sound design luminary Kurt Ader!
With their second album "Hydragate" S.A.W. manage to deliver a mixture of ambient, electronica and cinematic sound collages. On the 10-track album the four musicians are crossing different emotional energies from epic power to lightness.
On "Surface illusions" and "Hydragate" you can hear composed melody lines as you already knew them from Johannes Schmoelling from his time with German electronic-rock legends Tangerine Dream. In "Whispering colours" you can feel and hear the dexterity to program sequences that can take you into a separate trance-like world as well. On "Sphere" one discovers a filigree sound design - no wonder, because band member Kurt Ader is not only a composer, but also a sound designer for various leading synthesizer manufacturers and programs sounds for well-known bands and artists such as Nightwish, Dream Theater or Michael Cretu. "Inside Out" impresses with the use of alienated ethnic sounds and on "Master of time" the lsitener can hear reminiscences of the electronic music of the 1970-ies as they meet the dark ambient sound of the present time.
Also very rhythmic tracks are not missing on the new S.A.W. album, as can be heard for example on "Distant Memories" and "Stop And Go". The album "Hydragate" was developed and recorded in various studios in Munich, Berlin, Mannheim and Hitzacker, using various samples, analog drum machines, modular and digital synthesizers.

I've been playing the flute since the age of 10, and I went on to earn my masters degree in Flute Performance from the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music.

I discovered the Native American Flute while traveling across the country with my husband, during a stop we made in Boulder, CO.  As soon as I played a few notes, I was fascinated and completely hooked. From then on, during our many trips throughout the southwestern desert, I would sit by the campfire and play whatever came to me while my husband star-gazed with his telescope.

My first CD of Native American Flute music came together surprisingly quickly – our crew convened at Mount Wilson Observatory in California on the evening in November 2014 and we went to work. The result is the one-hour CD: “Under the Stars” and its digital companion of out-takes: "Under the Stars, Too!" which capture the sense of wonder I feel when looking into the night sky.

Not only is Manjushri a bodhisattva who is representative of wisdom, but he also belongs to the trinity of family protectors. The family that he is known for protecting includes the first supreme Buddha – Shakyamuni. Of all of the known and recognized bodhisattvas, Manjushri is the individual who is known for having the closest association and relationship with the Buddha.
Manjushri Mantra helps the mind to be free from ignorance and heightens one's intelligence. Allowing clarity of thought and increase memory retention.

With "Dig It" I did all the work with the computer for the first time, and in this respect it was my first "digital" album. I played and mixed everything with this G.D.S. A really tremendous gear! The sound was caustically clean. So I told myself: As I already have this gear I will really do everything with it. The drums were the only thing I had to record on a separate track because the G.D.S. had no drum sounds. So I got hold of Fred Severloh to play live drums on "Death Of An Analogue". For this pounding rhythm, I thought, you really need fat drums! But it was – just the same with my vocoder voice which you can hear on this song – only a matter of the right dramaturgy, the right effect. It wasn't my consideration just to bring in another "human" element because I don't make such a distinction. For me electronics are as human and natural as any other instrument. Violins, as I always say, don't grow on trees either! For "Weird Caravan" I had borrowed a loop by Ideal. Usually, I don't borrow anything. I do all loops and samples on my own. But in this case Ideal's drummer [Hans-Joachim Berendt] played something which I found really great. I said: "Do you mind if I cut out 1,5 meters here?" Using two tape machines I glued the tape together and run it as a loop – because, you know: "The looper isn't a hooker." Even when you're repeating yourself you're still no whore, haha. The bonus title, "Esoteric Goody", is a very abstract piece of music. I have again listened to it after a long time now. It reminds a bit of the intro for "Destination Void" from the "Mirage" album [1977]. But then this song featured a real mellotron, the heavy mechanics, not a sample. "Esoteric Goody" originated during the phase of "Dig It", so I think it fits well as a bonus track for the "Dig It" CD. The song shows the experimental side of Schulze. The 'Stahlsinfonie' (Symphony in Steel) on the bonus DVD is a recording of my concert at the "Ars Electronica" in Linz, Austria, back in 1980. On September 8th I had opened this festival following an invitation of the ORF (Astrian Broadcasting Corporation). I have played in the big hall of the Brucknerhaus, and from the outside sounds were transmitted which were made by the steel workers of the steel works VOEST-ALPINE. But I wouldn't want to use their sounds as a playback recording made beforehand – I wanted them to play live! The promoters made it work by using various telephone lines. Along the river Danube there were PA towers erected at a distance of two or three kilometres so really the entire city of Linz could listen to the music. At the end of the concert, the workers joined me on stage.

The one between Fabio Puglisi and Jay Nemor is now a well-tested creative partnership, and their artistic personalities meeting each other always gives life to something beautiful and unique. Featuring eight brand new songs, written and composed by Fabio and Jay, this new album is all about the music, and there's definitely so much to find in it: messages, different sounds, and shades for all tastes. Described as the Gil Scott-Heron's legacy by the media, Soul Basement keeps on bringing Jazz to a new level, blending it with some stylish Seventies Soul, a little Eighties Boogie/Funk, and Spoken Word. Or as Fabio puts it: “We've always liked our songs to leave something to the listeners, we believe music should always have something to offer, otherwise would be devoid of its main reason to be.

Most people today think of music as a way to have some temporary fun, but there's way more to it than just mere pleasure.

A good song can also make you reflect on the many aspects of life, of the world we live in, sometimes it can give you the reason that you've been missing, and in some cases even awaken you.

We believe today, more than ever, there's a need for a rediscovering of the true purpose of art, which is not showing off, but transcending the ego, and showcasing the hidden qualities of our human condition.

It goes without saying that we're gonna have to do all of that together, in perfect harmony and unity, cause after all we are Oneness...”

The performance on 15 March 1986 at the Grugahalle in Essen captured on DVD1 was the beginning of the tour in support of Big Country’s third album “The Seer”, and saw the band performing material from their first three albums. Particularly impressive is the consummate musicianship, from Brzezicki’s complex drumming to Butler’s rock-solid but fluid and imaginative bass. Overlaid with the intricate but immensely powerful six-string work from Adamson and Watson.

By 1991 at the September Rockpalast gig at the Biskuithalle in Bonn on DVD2 the commitment of the band to the enthusiastic audience is evident, and while the sound of the band had moved, at least on the new material, towards something less overtly Scottish, the joy and inclusiveness of the performance was and is, as ever, thrilling.

Powerful. Timeless. Magical.
There are only a few German rock bands that deserve the title legendary, and EPITAPH is one of them. 
Founded in 1969, the band wrote music history in the 1970s. EPITAPH was the first german rock band to tour the USA (several times), producing their legendary 1974 Outside The Law in Chicago.
After TV appearances on the top German musicshows Beat Club and Rockpalast,  EPITAPH was soon a household name. Tours with Joe Cocker, RoryGallagher, Golden Earring and ZZ-Top, and numerous festival appearances made EPITAPH one of the most popular German cult rock bands.Over the last 50 years, the band has released 16 studio and live albums. And if you add the digital re-releases, that’s a total of 21 albums.
The brand new rock album Long Ago Tomorrow will be released in April 2019. EPITAPH starts celebrating their 50th anniversary.with an amazing album including catchy rock songs as well as powerful ballads.

Als die Rock-Musik auf dem europäischen Kontinent laufen lernte, waren Autor Beat Hirt und Musiker Tommy Fortmann vorne dabei. Hirt als Ideengeber und Mitbegründer der Jugendzeitschrift „Pop“ (später „Pop/Rocky“) während Fortmann der Zeit mit seiner Kult-Band Demon Thor musikalisch vorauseilte. Den beiden Schweizern gelang es, für ihr ambitioniertes Musical-Projekt „Tell“ Alexis Korner zu begeistern. Er war das Urgestein des englischen Rhythm’n’Blues. Auch Udo Lindenberg signalisierte „alles klar!“ und stieg an Bord. Die Aufnahme-Sessions fanden im Frühjahr 1977 statt. Weitere Gesangsparts übernahmen u.a. die Sängerin Jack Carter, Romy Haag sowie Schlagerstar und Teenie-Idol Jürgen Drews.

Auch die mitwirkenden Sessionmusiker kamen aus der ersten Reihe deutsch/schweizerischer Rockprovenienz: Armand Volker (später Produzent und Arrangeur von der Münchener Freiheit, Spider Murphy Gang, Johnny Logan, Nena u.v.a.) spielte Gitarre und Bass, ebenso Frank Diez (Atlantis, Peter Maffay, Eric Burden u.a.). Zusätzliche Gitarrenoverdubs kamen von Uli Jon Roth (Scorpions), am Schlagzeug saß der begnadete Curt Cress (Klaus Doldingers Passport, Atlantis, Snowball), die Keyboards steuerten Philippe Kienholz von der Schweizer Classic-Rock Band Tea sowie Kristian Schultze (Klaus Doldingers Passport, Niagara, Snowball) bei.

„Tell!“ gab es seinerzeit nicht nur auf Vinyl, sondern war auch ein Bühnen-Projekt. Finanziert wurde die Produktion durch die „Tell Musical AG“, die eigens dafür gegründet wurde. Zu deren Aktionären gehörten u.a. Freddy Burger, Jürg Marquard und Udo Jürgens. Die „Tell!“-Uraufführung fand am 31. Juli 1977 in Zürich statt. Der Schweizer Presse war das Vorhaben jedoch nicht geheuer. Sie verriss fast kollektiv die Bühnenversion. In der deutschen Presse beurteilten die Kritiker das Musical etwas anders: „Wilhelm Tell, der in Jeans auftritt, es mit der schönen Stauffacherin treibt und mit den Eidgenossen auf dem Rütli Krach kriegt, ist als herrlicher Ulk angekommen.“ (Hamburger Abendblatt, 3.8.1977) „Die salopp-schnodderige Tell-Entstaubung will eine Attacke auf den historisch-heroischen Tiefgang sein.“ (Münchner Merkur, 4.8.1977) „Fortmanns Musik, zwischen Neil Diamond und Zarathustra, Soul-Elementen und Rock-Rhythmen, ist intelligent komponiert und anspruchsvoll. Sie kommt an.“ (Die Welt, 3.8.1977) „Die Choreografie riss das Publikum förmlich von den Stühlen. Der Discotheken-Sound fetzte durch den Holzbau.“ (Kieler Nachrichten, 6.8.1977)
Wie oft jedoch das Musical aufgeführt wurde, ist nicht mehr nachvollziehbar.

Das Musical „Tell!“ nach Friedrich von Schillers gleichnamigen Drama über den Schweizer Nationalhelden ist ein Stück Zeitgeschichte und eine musikalische  Zeitreise zurück in die 1970-er Jahre zugleich, von durchaus hohem Unterhaltungs- und Erinnerungswert, irgendwo zwischen Rock,  Schlager und dem Munich Disco Sound.
