As the gate opens, we dive into the vast inner realm and explores the mystery that is us.

Jack Essek´s garacast 03“Ayurveda" is our next wonderful peace of music. In theory Ayurveda is a complex system of non-changeable, universal laws regarding action (karma), qualities (Guna), substances (Dravya), and balance (Samanya and Vishesha). Those who only know Ayurveda as an ancient medical system from India are mistaken. Jack Essek brings the millennia-old system of Ayurveda into a new, previously unknown acoustic dimension with his eponymous garacast. Already during listening you feel the invigorating effect and the superior feeling of being reborn. What ultimately lies in its audible diversity and flexibility. In addition there is plenty of room to give his soul enough space. Like the medical principle of Ayurveda the garacast by Jack Essek is formally individual, reflecting the diversity of life more aptly. Who gets involved in Ayurveda as a whole may find health and a long happy life.
