This soundjourney contains the solfeggio frequency 396 Hz which is related to the Root Chakra and heals issues of fear of survival as well as not feeling save or feeling ungrounded. It helps to calm down our nervous system and to release fear and negative emotions and thought patterns.

It also contains 528 Hz which is refered to as the “miracle frequency” it resonates and heals our DNA which is the antenna and receiver of light and information from which we manifest our physical reality.
It assists us to tap into our divine essence and unlock our highest potential.

 639 Hz is included as well and this solfeggio tone is related to the Heart Chakra. It is included to help us strenghten our self love and our ability to receive and to transmute the negative belief that we don't deserve to be loved or abundant. All the instruments are tuned to the "solfeggio tuning" of A= 444 Hz
