David Sum is a producer/DJ living in Toronto, Canada. His interest in music began as a young teenager back in his home country of South Africa. At the age of 16 he moved to Canada to which shortly after arrival, he began his journey into sound whilst immersing himself into the local culture. He began as a producer and quickly took it upon himself to be involved in live sound so as to acquire hands on experience and training. That year also he took it upon him to get involved in live sound. A little more than a year later before graduating from high school he was given the opportunity to manage and operate the a midi recording studio and later that year won a distinguished award in the field of music....
