Originally from upstate New York, she found her passion for music through small-town campout festivals, where the sense of connection and self-discovery shaped her artistic vision. Now, she channels that energy into crafting immersive experiences, blending deep wobbles, bouncy basslines, and hypnotic wubs to create a signature sound that is both psychedelic and unapologetically feminine.

Renowned for her dynamic sets, Baby Kush seamlessly fuses low-end experimental bass, deep dubstep, and drum and bass, establishing herself as a tastemaker in the underground scene. She has performed for leading bass collectives such as B Side LA, Good Society LA, and Daisy Chain SD, while sharing the stage with industry heavyweights like Mala, Eprom, Peekaboo, Maddy O’Neal and Zen Selekta.

Beyond her own artistry, Baby Kush is a dedicated advocate for inclusivity in the bass music scene. As the founder of Bass n Babes, she curates a thriving space for queer, femme, nonbinary, and LGBTQ artists, ensuring their voices are amplified. Rooted in the belief that diversity fuels creativity, she pushes the boundaries of what the bass scene can be—welcoming, boundary-breaking, and deeply connected.
