Matschi grew up in eastern Germany. The first steps towards techno came in 2017 with hardtekk in her life. During the corona period, illegal bunker raves gave rise to new trends such as hard techno. She quickly found harder directions and started DJing in 2022. Since then she has played at club ost, aeden, ://about blank, oxi and several times at lokschuppen (first time at hakke on 23.03.24). Her favorite genres are: gabber, makina and industrial hardcore. So here is a gabberset for you!

IceLipzz - Ultra Sonic

Matschi is 21 years old and comes from a village near Berlin. At the age of 12, she first got a small glimpse into the tekk scene and enjoyed listening to some tracks. Later on, the illegal raves in nearby bunkers began. In February 2022, friends introduced her to the setup at Pirate Studio Berlin and told her she should start playing. At that time, she didn’t know anything yet. After a few practice sessions, she started to enjoy turning the knobs and has been teaching herself ever since. Along the way, she discovered Makina, Gabber, and Industrial Hardcore for herself.

On the side, she enjoys experimenting with new genres, including Powerstomp, Crossbreed, Raggatek, Hardtek, and Frenchcore.

So far, she has played at Gabber Industries Berlin, Hakke Berlin, Pfandidos, Passiv Aggressiv, Onyx, Silikon, Lowkey Stars, and BerlinPoisonedMe in Berlin, as well as several times in Cottbus.

Producing is her next goal—she has already released a few early attempts on her SoundCloud.
