ndré Pahl (Berlin) is known for his Safari mixes—pitched down cinematic journeys through uncharted seas, forbidden deserts and distant galaxies.

His sound tends to oscillate between psychedelic trips, spaced out electronics and voodoo percussion, exploring the slowed-down heartbeat of danceable music.

He had a rendez-vous with Mexico City’s lunatic music scene while living there for some years, co-running the label “Nuevos Ricos” and starting to DJ in shady neighbourhood street parties and art happenings inside jammed subway stations.

Listening to André Pahl’s sets is like being compelled to push yourself inside a forest even though you know it'll be dangerous — head first, then the whole body, submerged deep into a strange jungle world, partly solid, partly made of shimmering liquids.

Delighted to host @malka-tuti influence mix on Oddity Radio.

@asaf-samuel and @katzele : The mix is almost in its entirely built from music released (or that will be released in the future) on the label. Although we were asked to make some sort of an "influences mix", we felt that since our influences are so diverse (from music we like to books we love, to philosophical ideas and nature itself) we felt we'd rather record a mix that exemplifies the label itself rather than what we as the label bosses like and grew up on.

Originally hailing from Galicia and with a long stint in Berlin behind her, Alicia Carrera is a graphic artist and music explorer. Her vision has been cultivated in smoky bars, second-hand buckets and underground publications. Perhaps those could be the reasons why her sets always scape from a common place. Her musical obsessions embrace genres such post punk, dub, psych or experimental electronics among other sonic passions that led her to create the fanzine Zauberstab in 2014, dedicated to unusual sounds. 
Perceiving the music as a way of self-emancipation, her sonic approach has no boundaries. These are some facts that led her to play clubs and festivals all over Europe, building her own reputation as a DJ. She also co-organizes party series Curva Imposible in Barcelona event that explores the most enigmatic margins of music in unique spaces.

Our cabin attendants are superbly designed, but there's only one problem: when they've served on so many long journeys, fatigue begins to set in. For example, they might want to laugh, but the smile would be slow to come. They might want to cry, but the tear wouldn't well up till the next day.
