For Sessions 12, I tapped one of LA’s finest selectors, kindred spirit Luke Mele.

Luke delivers a 2.5+ hour marathon — a morning-time sipper that eases into an afternoon dance delight. It’s a lush journey through summertime spiritual jazz, fusion, soul, and disco, all pulled from crates at the iconic Last Bookstore in downtown LA.
~
Over the years, Luke has spent time digging at the shop, which he says holds a very special meaning to him. Hence the name of the mix: “Fifth and Spring.”

The final episode of RTR2's Personal Space residency comes from across the Nullarbor by Naarm-via-Boorloo curator, Jobe. 

Serving up a seasonal recipe of instrumental, introspective and swirling soundscapes fitting for the cooler months, Jobe guides us through the intimate corners of their musical world with a healthy dose of synth pop to finish off.

a raw style of basement underground tracks

we hope this will give people the chance to 
listen to music many may have never heard 
on this side of sound that provides a provocative 
and thoughtful musical workout in your mind 
with vinyl turntables, a vintage mix console 
with an effects box and cd players.
