Fuzzy Recordings proudly features Italian producer Gianmarco Fabbretti, for a second time, to remind us of the effectual 80’s themes that are propelling contemporary dance floors once again. Many of Fabbretti’s previous tracks infuse nostalgic 80’s synth layers with an uptempo kick, a combination in which he successfully bridges multiple generations of house music.

This double pack is loaded with melody, rhythm, nostalgia, and intrigue. Either track maintains memorable qualities that will define a lasting impact on the dance floor, and earn a reputable position on the playlist.

“Eleven"

“Eleven” is a solid track which immediately transports listeners onto an auditory dance floor retrofit with a glimmering disco ball. The opening rhythmic sequence strings together the kick, clap, and hi-hat to accentuate a charismatic appeal, that the electric synth ushers in, and remains throughout the duration of the track over a funky baseline.

Fabbretti also includes a variation of tempo in which there are moments of calm, but not long enough to lose neither momentum nor the attention of the crowd. A progressive breakbeat and snare-build deliver the final breakdown of the track. Overall, “Eleven” is enthusiastic and fun.

“The Cold Town”

“The Cold Town” begins with a downtempo swing that evolves into what may become a fresh progressive house favorite. Soft pads, delicate synths, and downtempo and vocal loops echo over a flavorful rhythm that punctuates fat snares and deep bass drums. 

For nearly eight satisfying minutes, Fabbretti guides listeners through an exhilarating journey that captivates emotions and uplifts one’s spirits. There is no dull moment in this “Town”, and despite the “Cold” title, this track is warm with optimism.
