When the guitar riffs open, like a parting of seas in outer space, to meet the atmospheric crossroads of Daren’s electromagnetic layering of vocals, the gestalt of this vocal and instrumental chorus is transcendental.  I could spelunk down each of the goosemountains (putting goosebumps to shame) that overtake my flesh.  Then get to the bottom, click play again, and find myself having to shake cirrus strands from my hair as my mind is again shot like a Dadaist rocketship through time, space, orthodox cogni-emotive constraints, to the place where apexes of the Alps French kiss a hauntingly full moon at midnight.
