This is a story of a seed opening up, spreading its roots and dancing in the soil.

Inspired by all the roots spread through the world, making many beautiful folk sounds.

A shimmering on the horizon pulls you.
Sailing on the waves, you set out to collect the light, find answers on the other side..
Suddenly a big wave pushes your boat over and you get swallowed by the big belly of the ocean. Deep, deep down you discover the magic between the shells and corals, sea horses and turtles spinning around you.

You will find the strike of the saz, the daze of the ney flute, Turkish and Arab voices,
All trapped in disco and acid Darbuka beats

During this listening journey we hosted a space where people were invited to lay down and experience our DJ set on a soundsystem. 
The intention was to fully meditate on the listening experience.

He grew up in the Netherlands within a Turkish-Arab family, where he would rather play his self-made mix CD's than his fathers Turkish & Arabic cassette tapes. 
Now he grew to embrace his cultural heritage and can find himself well in the current culture of edits of Arabic disco classics, which he effortlessly blends with raw rave and fresh electronica.''
