Five years ago, I recorded State of Mind. It was a beginning, an echo of where I stood at that moment. Since then, life has moved me through silence and noise, through doubt and discovery. I played, I paused, I listened — mostly to myself.

Now comes State of Body. It carries the weight of those years, yet feels lighter — because this one is not about thinking, it’s about moving. It’s sweat, pulse, presence. It’s rhythm finding its way into every cell until nothing is left but dance. Played live in a secret spot for a few close souls.
