Originally released in April of 2021, Liquidation Sale is the debut album of Patrick Parry's current music project, The Worried Chest. The album was recorded in stereo, but Patrick was a mono enthusiast at the time and squashed the eight stereo tracks into mono. The compromise of this choice has since been acknowledged and the tracks have been restored with a new 2025 stereo mix by Patrick. Additionally, the first release of Liquidation Sale used questionable AI-assisted mastering. The album has now received the proper treatment by audio engineer Greg Mindorff at Suite Sound Labs.
