Perplexity Music has the pleasure to introduce our new release brought to you by Serbia based Marko Cubric or better known to us as Vintage & Morelli. As the creator of some marveling releases such as Tsukiakari Ame on Arrival, Distant Promises on Colorize & Find Our Way remix on sunsetmelodies, this exceptionally talented producer has certainly master the art of delivering some of the most memorable tracks since the start of his musical endeavors. 

We are delighted to present this stunning 3 track release titled "Morning After". The sensual & appealing title itself is a statement to the soft, alluring & tender feelings that this breath taking original emits. The steady blend of the array of crisp percussion sounds create an excellent start to a very chilled out atmosphere & slowly add in those perfect light chords, you have a perfect morning already set. A sweet picture is created with the way those harmonic vocals just float around, slowly intertwining with the delectable piano lines and the gradual development of the various layers of the chords ascensions. If there words to portray a lingering look between two lovers in the morning, there wouldn't be any, there couldn't be any to describe such a magical moment when eyes connect, only something as beautifully composed & filled with love as this production could describe that look.

Our first remix is from the critically acclaimed Indonesian based producer LTN & little introduction is needed for him as he is dominating the scene from every corner. Know for his hard hitting, other worldly trance productions, this skilled producer strips down the luscious original into something that just floats around every sense in your body. With the unmistakable sound of the deep house bass line & soft piano formation, this phenomenal remix is dream like almost. It depicts another story of bright morning rays streaming in to the windows of a cozy & inviting room, the aura surrounded by the presence of long lasting happiness after a passion fuelled connection of two souls becoming one. You can feel every drop of thought, quality & hear felt moment during every second of this intoxicating track. 

The sublime second remix is from the progressive mastermind Talamanca. The mere mention of this name springs to mind the combination of strong, warm & addictive summer chord work mixed with superbly delicate piano lines, electrifying chord progression & euphoric sun laden vocals. You can bet he brings this intimate release that touch of excitement, power & an addictive feeling of togetherness that you can't help but crave. Retaining that light hearted feel of the original, the uplifting energy to this release brings it a breath of fresh air & comfort, something to just listen to while lounging back with your love exchanging nothing but melting smile and, feather light touches in arms that were made for each other. It's difficult to express anything in the language that is love but this vibrant track has summed it up so majestically.

Gregory Esayan's dazzling "Taxi" is the fourth single from his acclaimed "Pilgrim's Diary" artist album. The magic and mystery of driving at night inspired Gregory to write this gorgeous progressive anthem, replete with the evocative and often breathtaking atmospheric and melodic effects of the Russian star's best work. To celebrate one of our true favorites from Gregory's album, we have invited veteran sensations Approaching Black and Alexander Volosnikov to contribute new renderings of "Taxi," which prove to be both elegant and euphoric.

Approaching Black, fresh off a pair of beautiful 3-track EPs on our imprint, offers a vintage melodic progressive house take on the original. A punchy groove unites with the signature vocal hook, creating both a buoyant and blissful ambience in the early going. A variety of other melodic flourishes later on, including a gorgeous chord sequence and delicate piano riff, only enhance the harmonious soundscape.

Alexander Volosnikov is responsible for several standout remixes in recent years, including his recent take on Sam Davies' "Cosmos," which earned radio support from Chicane. His interpretation is infused with radiant vibes from start to finish: a "tropical" lead synth theme is simply rapturous, especially when punctuated by the heavenly vocal sample from the original mix. The muscular groove offers plenty of fuel for the dancefloor in the composition's latter moments.

It is a pleasure to bring back Soundslogic & Maiga for another incredible collaboration for the EP titled 'Tallulah/Origins' here on Perplexity Music. Having had already sampled how in sync these two producers work together with the heavenly production that we witness last year, 'Vestigial', it is safe to say you will not be disappointed by this either.

'Tallulah' kicks things off with a strikingly beautiful introduction that already captures the sweet and tender melody work. It is refreshing and light, a kind of feeling that sinks into your mind due to the steady and lush chords haunting around you. The chilled and toned down percussions balance the structure of the track out, adding just enough of a beat to add an on the go feeling that helps serenade the sounds your way and it wouldn't be their signature style without a delectable piano break that is the icing on this progressive cake.

Dan Sieg & Sam Wilkinson, better known as Dan & Sam, dazzled international progressive fans and DJ's alike with their debut effort on our imprint, "Breaking The Illusion." Not only did it receive great international DJ support, but the single also went on to reach #2 on the Beatport Trance release chart, as well as earn a spot on Max Graham's acclaimed "Cycles 4" compilation [Armada]. Their sophomore effort, "Walls," is another ornate and melodic progressive gem. This time around, they have recruited promising vocal talent Maxx Hennard, whose rich baritone adds a warmth and "sophisticated" sentimentality to the track. The one and only remix in the package comes courtesy of American sensation Shawn Mitiska, whose decorated veteran career includes numerous solo hits, most recently "Salt" [Enhanced]. Supported on countless occasions by Armin Van Buuren, amongst other top international DJ's, Shawn Mitiska has been a truly humbling addition to our label roster this past year, with standout remixes on Schodt's "Heatwave" and Shingo Nakamura's "Whither." His work here, a vocal rendering of "Walls," affirms that he truly possesses a remarkable talent for crafting intelligent and uplifting peak-hour tunes. 

On remix detail, veteran talent Shawn Mitiska is always reliable, especially when it comes to transforming more chilled progressive cuts into club killers. Yet, one of Mitiska's greatest talents as a remixer is that he is never compromises the musicality and emotional depth of a song in the process. Rather, he builds off the rich soundscape created by Dan & Sam by adding delicious new pads and synth layers, including a lovely piano line to the main riff. Meanwhile, the groove is infused with some serious "hop" and swing, and the vocal is meticulously processed, with subtle reverb and delay, as well as various other FX scattered throughout the full-bodied texture. In the main break, we are once again met by the euphoric choral vox, backed by inspirational lead chords and pads.
