back in January we were contacted by Glasgow Underground about reworking something from Romanthony’s back catalogue. Growing up in northern England in the 90s and immersed in dance music it wasn’t uncommon to hear Romanthony tracks such as Ministry of Love, Hold On or The Wanderer (Journey Man Thump) pumping from shops, passing cars or bars. Even our parents would have heard his vocal work with Daft Punk on ‘One More Time’ and knowing the labels previous Romanthony reworks from the likes of Dixon, Andres, Rob Mello, Gerd and Deetron we were interested to get involved.
 
We chose to rework Trust and got to work over the next few months. Then in May, shortly after submitting our version to the label we heard the news that Romanthony had tragically passed away at the age of just 46 from complications related to kidney disease.
 
Whilst we didn’t know Romanthony a.k.a Anthony Moor personally, losing someone - even a distant peer can really make you think, especially at such a young age. Of course the remix suddenly seemed pretty irrelevant, and we pondered with the label over what to do about it. Now over 6 months later the time feels more right and we’re happy to announce our rework will be released on 9th December alongside versions from Motor City Drum Ensemble, Freeform Five and label boss Kevin McKay. In memory of Anthony we will be donating half our royalties from this record to Kidney Research UK. Hope you enjoy...

progressive punch with all original tracks by artists Alexander Chilari, Teeqo, and Outlook!

Alexander starts off with 'La Gaya Scienza [Original Mix]', a free, flowing house beat that 
could kick off any set with its  feel-good vibe and pleasing synth progressions. The pumping
bass and exuberant arpeggios make a great vibe to lead into the 2nd track by artist Outlook;
'Footsteps In The Sand [Original Mix]'.  Another great tune to get the dancefloor pumping; 
Outlook uses tight percussion rhythms and filtered arps to bring out the energy and good 
emotions in the body throughout the song. With just a touch of atmospheric breakdown, and 
drop into the driving melodies that he masterfully creates, Outlook provides smooth prog 
vibes to groove or chill to.  Teeqo finishes us up with the classic prog 8th note vibe, a la
progressive in the mid-2000's! 'Children of the Tides' gives the prefect vibe for smooth 
dancing on floor and upbeat autumn feelings.
