Established in late 2013, Kind Dub brings a unique voice to Colorado independent music. Through a relentless work ethic, and undeniable dedication to making impactful music accompanied by powerful live performances, Kind Dub encompasses much more than music. Kind Dub always goes the extra mile to assist fellow artists with their creative agency, helping two independent Colorado labels win recent music video awards. Kind Dub continues to evolve their recording studio in Fort Collins, as well as specialize in digital media and video production with their headquarters at The Music District.

In 2017 they established the Colorado Come Up, a movement to build community through hip hop and began curating an annual event with The Mishawaka Amphitheatre dubbed Hip Hop On The Hillside. This is Kind Dub’s biggest production and performance taking place annually each summer. Kind Dub enjoys their live performances most to connect with new and old audiences, playing more than 20 festivals and closing in on 200 live shows, including almost two dozen out-of-state venues spanning from New York to California.

They self-produce a one-of-a-kind sound combined with powerful thought-provoking lyrics, which keeps the crowd groovin’ & moving towards a better tomorrow. Kind Dub has earned stages with some of their favorite national touring artists including People Under The Stairs, Hieroglyphics, Chali 2na, Living Legends, Zion-I, Grouch & Eligh, Murs, Arrested Development, Pharoahe Monch, Bone Thugs & Harmony, Immortal Technique, Nappy Roots, Rhymesayers, Masta Ace and many more. Kind Dub plans to pursue new festivals, explore untapped markets, and see more cross-country touring in 2020. Kind Dub is honored to have performed at many of Colorado’s iconic venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre, The Mishawaka, Fillmore Auditorium, Belly Up Aspen, Aggie Theatre, Levitt Pavilion, Cervantes’ Masterpiece,  The Fox Theatre, Animas City Theatre and The Black Sheep to name a few.

It all started in Wisconsin. His father, 100% blind since the age of six, was Hench's role model and hero. “Even with no vision there was no limit to what my dad could do” says Hench. Armed with a positive attitude the family bounced around Wisconsin finally landing in Oshkosh, where Hench went to high school. After a brief semester in College and a few years in jail Hench decided  he needed change and moved around the Midwest, in such places as Indiana, Minnesota and South Dakota. Establishing a sound and a name for himself in the Midwest. Perfecting his craft and networking with friends is how he passed his time. 
After seeing lots of artist come and go, rise and fall he knew the secret to success was similar to what his dad would talk about. “never give up”.  “ You have to have fun and love what you do, and when obstacles present themselves, you must overcome them. Cause great success comes right after great obstacles. And a few good songs helps too lol. ” Hench says.  Talking with a friend one day about places to live, the friend suggested he try out Colorado. Now with a strong love for the Midwest and the people, he made the move on a whim. Turns out Hench loved Colorado and the huge music scene out there. After quickly establishing him self as one of the top live acts and meeting some real inspiring people, Hench is ready for the next chapter. NEW EP COMING SOON
