With his out of the box sound, mixed with cleverly placed lyrics, Code-C is a hidden gem that people have been craving for. Bringing the positive, fun and carefree vibes back to hiphop is his motivation to create music.

Cris "Code-C" Barbosa is no stranger to the music scene. Growing up he was submersed in the battle scene and eventually started jumping into the mix. Some people started to take notice of his gifts but he didn't believe in them Shy and timid Cris decided to stop music and try to live the " All American Life" with a 9 to 5 government job.

With his multifaceted talents, Cris is not only naturally adept with writing but is faceted with fashion, acting and entertainment. Since his early teen years, Throught the years Cris has been approached and stopped for his . Being passionate about fashion, Cris decided to take a leap into the fashion world and start modeling. After working with many designers throughout the Tri-State area, modeling is where Cris found his confidence and strength to give his artistic skills another chance at a way of expressing himself. Cris has decided to put all of his paradigm ideas together and started the clothing line BOLD. 

Having an epiphany to all of the events that have taken place in his life, after a 10 year hiatus the meaning of Code-C was born. "Despite all the hardship and struggles you go through in life nothing is impossible. Be the "chosen one". You have the code to success, its inside of you. Be the miracle because you are the miracle." 

Code-C is currently working on his debut ep, which he plans to release with his clothing line by the end of summer.

With the world at his finger tips, artist, engineer and song writer Mac Lavell begins his journey to stardom with his first single “Red Bricks” which details a young man’s feelings of responsibility to his inner calling, while battling outside influences that only seem to tug and pull him away from his reality. Raised in the Lower East Side of New York City, better known as Alphabet City, there was never a shortage of colorful artist inspiration for this up and comer to grasp and make his own. A short trip to Soho would always remind him that a better life was just around the corner. Inspired by the greats such as J. Cole, Nas, Eminem, Jay Z and The Notorious B.I.G. Mac Lavell  born Bryan Ortiz January 15th, 1996 feels that the only way you can sustain a life worth living is to be the complete unscripted version on yourself. The one who cares more about getting up 8 times than falling down 7. “Success is failing your way through”. With 4 years of YouTube videos and DIY studio equipment, Mac Lavell is now fully prepared to test his “pull” - as the great RAKIM would put it -and be Paid in Full.
