A long while back a friend asked me to come up with some in-game chip-tune / NES Famitracker-ish music for a game concept he had about a rabbit who had to attempt to survive underground as thermonuclear warfare occurred on the surface.

For some reason, I came up with this music. My friend enjoyed it, but I don't know if he ever finished the game. Recently, I decided to play with the composition using the "Super Audio Cart" plugin for Reason.

My own take on a "Darkstar" inspired version of the Kerbal Space Program theme i felt was missing from the main menu startup sounds I've seen watching KSP2 videos.

Darkstar is one of my favorite tracks from the Top Gun Maverick soundtrack - used while Pete "Maverick" Mitchell is attempting to get his air-speed up to Mach 10 in the experimental "Darkstar" prototype SCRAM-jet.
