Given the success of our previous challenge, I decided to share another haiku by 20th century poet Ozaki Hōsai.
Hōsai graduated from the Tokyo Imperial University, where he studied law. He got off to a good start but decided to give up his home, family, and business to jump from one militant religion of Japan to the other.
Just like Taneda Santoka, Hōsai abandoned the traditional verse form of his time and mostly looked at the austere confines of his life for inspiration.

The Field [naviarhaiku448]

The whole package of samples is arranged in random order several times.

Each track has a chain of effects that works in real time. 

Random S&H velocity and depth parameters are assigned to the parameters of the five LFOs.

They control the parameters of the effects, as well as the increasing volume.
In parallel, a chain of granulator and reverb effects works, into which bursts of sound fragments fall and, based on the incoming sound fragment, it is excited by feedbacks going against the background.

Suchovik Sergey - Experiment 5 - Random Volume / Granula / Reverb & Feedback effects

Piece composed in 2002 for the trailer of the documentary 'My Three Peaks' ('Le mie Tre Cime') by Andreas Pichler. Direction: Andreas Pichler | Animation: Nunzio Cicero, Gigi Tarantola, Tatiana and Riccardo Arena. 
Part of the piece was later used in the final cut of the documentary. This track marks my very first experience with a sampler! I used Halion software (maybe version 2) and some sample CDs for Akai lent to me by a friend.
I put it here as it was, just cleaned up a couple of clicks, also because although I kept the score I no longer have either the sounds samples or the software to open the original project...

Tre Cime (Trailer Soundtrack - 2002)

I believe this dates to 2019.  I think it was a coffeehouse/listening room kinda thing in Atlanta.  We didn't really rehearse this much so it's a bit loose.  This song tells you so much with such economy of words.  It's a masterpiece, in my opinion.

My linux won't boot so I'm presently forced to use Windows, and because of the bug in Soundcloud's system my account is all messed up when I don't use a VPN to connect which I am unable to do now... trying to get help from my VPN provider.  Because of this, and because I started working very long days I will be less present here.  Sorry, I'm trying.

Ever since the closing of this account by error by SC two or three months ago, this problem has remained unfixed.  Soundcloud and their AI are apparently still working on solving this and other problems with this account, and with my other account ; )

2024/01/29:
What I wrote below was heart felt but presumptuous and pretentious.  I would have to not be stupid myself to be allowed to claim such a thing.  More importantly though, I don't believe it is correct or accurate.  These people are probably not stupid but just don't care.  Justice is a collective thing and many if not most people seem to live in bubbles.  It is perhaps economic oppression which is responsible, they just don't have the resources, the time, the energy to be concerned about what lies behond that bubble.  It used to be fine but there's this thing they call globalization which makes this increasingly impractical or impossible.

mid January 2024:
Justice and vengeance are not the same.  Apparently most people are too stupid to see the difference.  Unfortunately it is not something unique to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and not unique to group conflicts.

What happened to intelligence?  Aren't we supposed to be the "intelligent" specie.
