Writing a winning, stand-out resume can feel like a roadblock to overcome in your job search. Often people experience what we call &ldquo;resume writer&rsquo;s block&rdquo; when applying to a job, especially when dealing with online application systems. 
To simplify the process, look at your resume as a marketing document that is used to sell yourself to a potential employer as the best fit for the job.Is your resume &ldquo;smack in the forehead&rdquo; obvious? Will it get you an interview--or even better, hired for the job?
