- Hey Anton, what's up?

- How did you record the podcast/which mood/story behind it?
If you know, we opened RANDOMART STORE in Prague with my wife 2 years ago: Vinyl is my direction in the store and Anna presents clothes which she creates.

So, all tracks on podcast from vinyl records which we have in our stock.

- What's your musical background?
Ohh, lot of music from different age and genre.

- What about your tools of production, analog or digital?
if we talks about djing I'm using vinyl format, but when we concern music production I'm using analog and digital technology.

- How do you come up with such various genres in your releases? How do you choose your artists?
First of all it's kind of magic moment : i listen the sound, first and after  i'm reading the name, but of course i know lot of good artists already and i'm trying to follow them all.

- Who are the DJs or producers that inspire you?
I have few essential standards in various genres, who became classic : Sergei Rachmaninoff, Erik Satie, Brian Eno, Wolfgang Voigt, Mathew Herbert, Mathew Jonson, Cab Drivers, Ricardo Villalobos, Moritz Von Oswald, Jeff Mills...

- Where are you from and where have you lived? How is the scene around your place ?
Originaly i'm from Moscow. How i said before, we opened the RANDOMART STORE in Prague, so i am quiet often in this city. I know very nice local artist and dj's, who try to make musical life more interesting. How told me my friends, long time was a recession in underground scene in Prague , but last year things went smoothly and nightlife bubbled again.

- Any other things cooking you would like to tell us about?
I'm finished my ambient album, also in first part of next year you will see few vinyl Ep's from me and also i'll start write music for russian modern video opera...

- What drives you/is important to you beyond music?
Music, family and friends - this three important thing  for me.
Books, movies and good vine are good also ! 

- Anything else to say to the world?

For our next Techno Minded Hero, we have got one of our personal favorite heroes.

We first saw him perform in 2003 at one of the infamous Traffic party`s in the Melkweg, Amsterdam with his partner in crime Rumenige. We`re blown away directly. And we weren`t the only one, Rocco from Awakenings was also a witness of the madness they brought. Put them on Awakenings festival, and from that moment till 2007, they have been frequently seen guests in the Dutch party scene!

He has been a professional DJ since 1994 holding residences at U.Club/Subclub (Bratislava/Slovakia). He started his own productions in 1996, He was mainly known for being Olga+Jozef and also standing behind PVC, Antidandruff, and Numb labels. On antidandruff, he released the mix cd: EVERGREENS AND EVERBLACKS. Which is in our opinion one of the best off-beat techno works out there, and stood trough the test time, and we definitely recommend that your search the internet for it, to have a listen. So you know what we are talking about!

On top of his own productions, he`s remixed artists Regis, Function, Oscar Mulero, Mark Broom, Radial, Takaaki Itoh, Makaton, Christian Wunsch, Anton Pieete, and Hardcell to name some.

Rumenige (Toky) and Loktibrada (Dalo) are two DJ`s known as the fathers of slovak techno. They have been playing techno together since 1996 and represent Slovakia`s most famous DJ team. From 1994 through 2003 both were resident DJ`s in Bratislava’s U Club, one of central Europe most well-known locations for high quality techno.

Loktibrada released several EP`s since 1998, most notably for Olga+Josef, Numb, PVC and Antidandruff labels. In 2000 Rumenige started his own productions, also for Numb and Antidandruff. Together they have collaborated with many diverse artists in the electronic music industry including: Regis, Female, Hardcell, Mark Broom, Christian Wunsch, Takaaki Itoh, HU, Boss, Function, Makaton and Oscar Mulero. Notable releases include the 12 - Petrzalka on the Tresor label (Tresor.204) and a mixed CD Evergreens and Everblacks on Antidandruff.
