Jason Carr resides in Philadelphia, PA. He is a composer, pianist and keyboardist. His current project is <a href="http://www.soundcloud.com/mooonraker">_moonraker</a>, of which he is one half.

i am an electronic music/noise maker, musicologist, and ex-dj. unless it's plunderphonics pieces or remixes/mashups the music is 100% me outside of samples from shows and movies or other media sources, occasionally Shelley or Loren will lend their vocals to my tracks. 

my work with Shelley & Loren is sometimes a hybrid of original music and AI, and not just auto-generated slop, we work a lot on the pieces regardless of whether AI was used or not. they are talented musicians in their own right, and sometimes the end results are magnificent, but we're always experimenting, and the results are sometimes rough... and we do love damaged sounding recordings in any format on top of it all.

Composer Chris Burke, aka glomag, helped create the sound of 80s horror, scoring such films as Splatter University (1984), The Toxic Avenger (1984), Blue Vengeance (1989), The Refrigerator (1991) and many others. Concurrently, he worked on set with some of the most creative talents in contemporary film and theater, including directors Robert Altman, Lucio Fulci, Enzo Castellari, theater wunderkind Peter Sellars and more.

	 

As studio-owner of Bong + Dern, Inc. in NYC, he wrote music and sound design for videogames and helped create an interactive remix of Bjork's I've Seen It All, directed by Floria Sigismundi and supporting the release of Lars Von Trier’s Dancer In The Dark. Here Chris also created the award-winning "talk show in game space", This Spartan Life (2005-2015). With upwards of 1.5M video views and likened to "a mashup of The Charlie Rose Show and the video game Doom" by Wired Magazine, TSL featured interviews with film directors, musicians and others, all while being attacked by other players in the online, multiplayer first-person shooter Halo. The series ran for 10 years and attracted the attention of countless mainstream media outlets, including Wired Magazine, The BBC, Reuters, Stuff Magazine, and BusinessWeek, and won Best Machinima Series at the 2005 and 2007 Machinima Festival.

			

Chris has nine music releases to date, ranging from the experimental Idioglossia (Mode Avant, 1990) to his electronic band Glorified Magnified's All Wave Super (Sire/Warner, 1994), through his releases as glomag by 8 Bit Peoples and his contributions to Astralwerks’ We Are The Operators chiptune tribute to Kraftwerk. His Pocket Calculator remix with the 8 Bit Operators of the Kraftwerk original, rose to number 17 on the Billboard Magazine Hot Dance Music Singles chart in 2007. He has collaborated with music producer Don Was and former Rage Against The Machine and Audioslave guitarist Tom Morello. Chris has performed all over Europe, Australia, the US and Canada.
