Millie serves as a worship leader at Northside United Methodist Church in Jackson, Tennessee. She graduated from Lambuth University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Music with an emphasis in piano and voice. She loves writing, arranging, and playing music with her fellow worship band members & feels God calling her to be His vessel through music.

In early 2010, Ken and Casey Weatherford took a leap of faith. They resigned from two stable jobs, sold their home in Midtown Memphis, and moved to Nashville. And all for one thing: music.

What has resulted is a dynamic acoustic duo aptly named The Weatherfolk - a husband/wife venture grounded in a Memphis-meets-Nashville sound. The couple’s debut record is a five-song EP titled Together. Recorded at NashVin Studios and featuring an appearance by guitarist Gabe Scott, Together relies on the duo’s harmonies and Ken’s knack for blues-tinged piano riffs. 

But nothing, not even a well-recorded song, can scratch the surface of the energy, honesty, and downright compatibility of this musical marriage. With equal parts acoustic guitar, keys, and clever lyrics, The Weatherfolk’s music reaches the folk-lover, the blues-fiend, the gospel-clapper, and the easy-listener — all in one set. It’s a phenomenon that, after every show, leaves Ken & Casey asking the same question: why haven’t we been doing this together all along?
