04 Understanding Krishna And Christ -- The Science of Self Realization -- Srila Prabhupada

This section of "The Science of Self-Realization" describes how to practice yoga in the current age which is called Kali-yuga. 

Generally speaking this Kali-yuga is a very difficult time for practicing any type of spirituality, meditation or yoga. The atmosphere is very disturbed and people are full of anxiety and have so many problems. It is very difficult for them to pacify the mind, which is necessary for practicing yoga.

So it is virtually impossible to practice the meditational forms of yoga like hatha-yoga, astanga-yoga, etc., in this Kali-yuga. However there is one great benefit of this Kali-yuga. That is by simply chanting the Hare Krishna mantra:
