Written by Philly sound pionneers Gamble & Huff, this little gem first became a hit with Harold Melvin &The Blue Notes and Teddy Pendergrass on the vocals. 

We always loved Thelma Houston's cover, but DJs often play the punchier Harold Melvin & the blue notes version instead, so we tried to give it our little touch to change that.

In “Strangers” MadMac assumes his chameleonic personality. While the instrumental version is obscure and ideal for secret and grim underground dance floors, the vocal version, with the aid of Darko’s voice, takes the clubber to a lighter and sunnier ambiance.

But don't think MAD MAC is just a another new kid on the block, he has been around for some time, moving silently through the underground, throwing secret parties, and making people dance in the most regarded clubs of the country and big events like Rock in Rio Lisboa 2010 and 2012 or MTV Insomnia. 

Many world-class DJs have shared a booth with him: Soulwax, 2ManyDJs, Cut Copy, Duke Dumont, Claptone, Tiga, Gui Boratto, John Digweed, Flight Facilities among others.

Out of the dance floor he has represented Nike several times in campaigns like “Bleed Your Colors” (2010) alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
