At the end of last year we had the good fortune of connecting with a very exciting artist going by the moniker Jack Roy. From his very first submission we knew immediately that he was an artist we could get behind and our fans would really enjoy.

‘Juices’ is Jack Roy’s debut with our LAMP imprint and will certainly be the first of many. This super groovy track features a host of smooth, bubbling bass lines and bright dynamic effects coupled with some snappy drums to keep that head bobbing to the last bar. When asked about this track in particular Roy said it’s a “Late Night Juicy Jam to keep your body Movin.”

Jack Roy is a multi-instrumentalist from Santa Barbara, California, with a knack for adding his own unique, groovy twist to Southern California’s dance floors.  In recent months he has found his pace in writing and production, drawing audiences of many different musical tastes. When ol' Roy is in the hot seat, one should expect to find themselves on a groovtastic voyage sprung with sexxxy bass lines, smooth house rhythms, and smiles across the dance floor.

A long-time friend of Catz ‘n Dogz and a regular on their label’s roster, once again the Scottish producer delivers some serious club goods. Two tracks for the two-word, two-letter high impact message, both of them cut straight to the chase.
‘FJ’ is all about that bounce. Springy, dark and full of heavy energy, we have no idea was ‘FJ’ stands for but we’re going to assume it’s Freaking Juicy as this bassline is something else. Coupled with gradually built up breakbeat momentum, this doesn’t so much as slap but completely knocks your head off.
‘R Rated’ continues the late-night naughtiness. Rolling with a touch of mid 90s house energy, a writhing bassline and liberal use of classic rave stabs; just like Dalfie’s previous Pets bombs it’s another precision club demolisher.
