Producers Allem Iversom and little blue linked for an EP beat tape and we are grateful. With hushed and comforting lofi instrumentals, the eight song project feels like staying inside and watching the hours pass. Rainfall against windows, late nights nostalgia, quiet drum kicks. While many Chillhop releases are full of energy and jazz, this is one to play for those isolated evenings, when the world feels tranquil and calm.

MAE.SUN’s eclectic sonic palette ranges from contemporary jazz to soulful funk and neo-soul. This music is for the world, honoring and influenced by the interdependent nature of reality.
