Nostalgia is a strong and beautiful emotion. Some people see it as a bad emotion, but in reality it is all but bad. Nostalgia is a necessary thing, I believe, it is a way for all of us to find peace in that which we have accomplished, or even failed to accomplish.  We all have felt nostalgia in the past or present, the good old days...lovers we've lost, unforgettable moments... 

Nostalgia reminds us just how important these moments can be. Because through nostalgia these moments are brought back to life for a short while, just enough for you too pull out a little smile or maybe to pull out a little cry aswell. Nonetheless weither nostalgia brings back good or bad memories, it reminds just how we all hold on to the important pieces of the past while we proceed towards our future :)
