Happy New Year folks! 

Here's is my 2024 megamix for the Afterhours.FM End Of Year Countdown! Had great fun putting it together and went all in by cramming around 150 tracks in 120 minutes. Some tracks are snippets, some are represented by an accapella or loop and some are allowed to shine in full force. I'm really curious to know what you think of this unique mix!

In this installment of Sound Advice, we’re joined by Bicep, the Belfast-born, London-based duo whose deft blend of house, trance and breaks have made them some of the UK’s most acclaimed live electronic performers. After two albums on the Ninja Tune label — 2017’s self-titled and 2021’s ‘Isles’ — and years of touring, they’re now back in their studio, working on their club-focused ‘CHROMA’ series and forthcoming album. We caught up with Matt McBriar and Andy Ferguson from their studio to discuss their genre-agnostic influences, their musical evolution as Bicep, the creative challenges of having a digital and analog studio, and how they’ve used SoundCloud to grow as artists.
