I build this song on a technical point of view as dense as i possibly could while not loosing the meaning of what I'm trying to say. It's about perception, overthinking, digital noise, mental health, and the whole damn mess of trying to say something real in a world trained to skip when doom scrolling. As a new content creator in this AI space, this game can be so incredibly frustrating and this is me telling you "why I think that is"!
I wrote it on and off ever since the beginning of April and I was struggling hard. Tech rap is not my strongest suit. It's literally a 50.000 piece puzzle to me I'm trying to solve, but i wanted this to be perfect and good things take time. My brain turned working on the lyrics and the lyrics themselves from a puzzle into a messed up Rorschach test... hence the title...and now you might see my anxiety. You might see my ambition. Maybe even your own thoughts staring back at you? Hell, maybe you’ll just see a song. But for me? It's a personal landmark, everything I do from here on will have to measure up to this... My best work so far. I hope it shows....

My dad wasn't in my life. I didn't know what i was missing until I was in a relationship with a woman who had a son. 2 years old. We moved in together and I grew to love that boy as of he was my own son. His laugh, his smile, the way he ran to me when I would come home. Unfortunately me and his mom just couldn't make it work after a few years and I haven't seen him since. This song is inspired by the fear of losing a love like that again. This one's for Michael.

You might have heard the term "neurodiverse" used to describe people with conditions like autism or ADHD. You may even know someone or have someone in your family who is diagnosed or maybe never diagnosed out of fear that label can bring. This song hits home because it is born from that place of intense personal frustration. The feeling of being analyzed, misunderstood, and pressured to accept a label that doesn't capture the whole, complex reality of ones life. A one size fits all explanation when someone just doesn't fit into society. You are labeled as not being normal, as if that term ever meant anything else but conformity.
In truth we are all sick of being labeled.... doesn't matter if you have ADHD or anything else. Imagine trying every waking minute of your day to "fit in", to act like everyone else when your own mind is just screaming. Imagine the effort it takes, ...to control every move that goes against your very nature and for what? the moment the concentration breaks and that you slip even for a moment, you are met with the collective weight of being labeled sick, when in truth, there is nothing wrong with you, there is just a whole lot of wrong in how society treats people that have different wiring.

This track came how I felt earlier this year...burnt out by the media noise, overwhelmed, scrolling through an endless wall of chaos. Trump, Ukraine, Taiwan, protests, fake news, climate alerts, conspiracies, AI panic....it never stops. No space to breathe. No silence. Just more notifications, more panic, more noise.

I wasn’t trying to make a song at first. I just needed to let it out. Musically this was way outside my usual comfort zone. I fell more at home in straight hip-hop. This was one of the first times I let go of that and leaned into something softer, more haunting, more melodic. A Pop ballad for the lack of a better word as i tried to mix modern trip hop with old school gospel / folk and the mentioned pop.
