Its been more than six months since I’ve had the last chance to play some music in front of a crowd. I tried to put all of my hope, my love & dedication as well as my anger into this DJ mix. This journey reflects what I would be playing in the morning hours at a club such as KaterBlau and some melancholic-melodic moments to just make you fly away. Courtney Scott is a Brooklyn-based artist who is driven by music's power to build community, to heal, and to transmit love in its purest form.  Her performances are visceral; taking you on a deeply personal journey into diverse sounds that are not without risks or surprises, but woven with soulful melodies and addictive basslines that move you to the highest frequency.  Her sound is heavily influenced by the rhythms she has discovered in the last 12 years as a nomad and by her New York City roots. This year's free/renegade burn unfolded itself most unexpectedly. 
14 days before the burn, I received an invite from Amsterdam to support a friend's art project with my music. Everything which followed felt like a streak of kind gestures from the universe. 

This art project by Studio Drift brought two hundred drones to the playa to fly a series of magical art pieces in the black rock city sky.  

A tribute for all hearts who have burned in this place. ⁣⁣⁣A gift for the burning man culture and an homage to previous artists who united this beautiful community.  ⁣

To everyone who made this trip and experience possible, thank you. I have no words. The same goes for all those who came to listen. 

All the beautiful burners who showered me with love, support, food, and gifts all week, realize you are part of this recording. 

I am sending my endless love to the Studio Drift  & Robot Heart families for this opportunity to co-create. Without words of how you gift in such a selfless manner. ⁣⁣

This was me in flow on Saturday morning before the sun came out and Diplo took over. I loved this moment in time. I wish you all a beautiful journey, and I look forward to many dusty camping adventures with most of you.

Had one of the better club sets of this decade this weekend. At least the flow took me on this beautiful deep trip.  The acoustics of the new @akashaibiza are of another world. 

Pleased to share my recording of the opening of this beautiful new treasure of Ibiza. Akasha opened its doors two weeks ago and gave me the privilege to serenade this acoustic super gem. ⁣

 Here is the recording of my very first sunrise set at Burning Man 2018 in the Black Rock Desert. I started playing around 5:45 am, the lights and lasers were still glowing in the cold darkness of the night..as the songs were passing by, the sky turned blue and the horizon warmer. Burners were all facing the deep playa, waiting for the sun to appear. It was an honour to soundtrack this moment and share music in such a magical place. No matter how hard I try, words can barely describe the energy and emotions felt in that instant... I hope music can express it better. 

I'd like to thank Maxa Camp & The Gardens of Babylon for inviting me to play on this beautiful Xaman Art Car...the mystical blue deer.   I’m very grateful to have shared this moment with so many incredible souls, old and new friends.
