Some schools of psychotherapy focus on becoming aware of emotions and naming them in order to understand our inner landscape, to be ultimately able to experience them more consciously and to help regulating them in healthy ways. If you want to practice this skill, Nɨxe’s set is a rich playground opportunities; full of wondrous sights and twists and turns.
