Der Chemiecocktail 

Tagtäglich konsumieren wir Giftstoffe, Chemikalien und ursprünglich ungenießbare Substanzen. Diese werden zumeist in Pulverform, in industriell gefertigten Lebensmitteln und Getränken verarbeitet. In den Fabriken wird je nach Hersteller und Produkt, ein ganzes Sortiment an Zusatzstoffen verwendet. Je nach Bestimmung müssen diese körnigen Helferlein auf der Verpackung deklariert werden, andere wiederum sind davon befreit. Verbraucher können eig. nur über die Zutatenliste herausfinden, was und wie viel sich in der Packung befindet. Mit bloßem Auge oder auch dem Gaumen, ist für einen ungeschulten Probanden, keines der Hilfsmittel eindeutig identifizierbar. 

Wie wirkt sich diese Entwicklung der Nahrung auf die Gesundheit der Menschen aus?
Zusatzstoffe werden vor ihrer Freigabe geprüft. Jedoch gibt es in der Industrie Deklarationstricks und Gegebenheiten, wodurch bestimmte Inhalte eines Produkts nicht oder nur missverständlich aufgeführt werden müssen. Viele der verwendeten Chemikalien, besonders die E-Nummern  gelten als gesundheitsschädlich. Generell können hochgradig verarbeitete Lebensmittel Allergien, Krebs und Organschäden, zumindest begünstigen. Manchmal ist weniger einfach mehr. Vielleicht auch bei deinem nächsten Einkauf <3

I'm a big a fan of the british Bicep boys for a long time. Their debut album is great and this piece of music has been released shortly before the album. In it's original version it's a decent breaks track that will let you float away. I tried to keep this feeling, but added some different 4/4 drum elements to make it a bit more playable in the club. Hope you like it! Feel free to drop comments and share it!

Welcome back to the Magician On Duty Podcast Series!

On this weeks' edition we welcome Philip Chedid.

Noted for his versatility and musical range, Philip attributes much of his influences to his Middle Eastern heritage and western upbringing. In his young years, Philip was an avid percussionist, and played with his brother Julien and some high school mates, performing as musical act Elemental. Much of Philip's early nightlife experience began in the late 90s in Montreal at various events, many hosted by 514 Productions, Sona and Redlite. Over the years, he began working more frequently in the studio on original productions and remixes, and further developed his audio engineering skills. A few of Philip's early studio mentors are Nick Warren, Habersham, Darin Epsilon to name a few.

While in Miami Philip had the opportunity to play in distinguished clubs like Vagabond and Nikki and enjoyed residencies at TSL Lounge, Treehouse, Do Not Sit on the Furniture, among others. 

Chedid performed with some of the world's most celebrated artists from all dance music genres, such as Nick Warren, Jody Wisternoff, Dave Seaman, Eelke Kleijn, Marc Marzenit, Guy Mantzur, Sahar Z, Darin Epsilon, Clarian, Einmusik, Omid 16B, Thomas Schumacher, Tamer Malki, Vanilla Ace, H-Foundation, Jody Wisternoff, Danny Howells, Miyagi, Jozif, Of Norway, Mikey Lion, Tara Brooks, Flavio Navarro, Zach Walker, Jonathan Will, Derek Hena, Aninha, among others.

Philip is also the co founder of "Endless Sands Of Time" Records along with Dübelu.

But, since we launched this channel, we've been filled up with warmth and great expressions of moods and feelings. We decided to create a second insight in Aaristos library and emotions, as he is still one of our favorite picks. Very warm hug to you friend.

Get hypnotized to be drawn through the secret paths of the deepest woods, which organic surrounding seems real. Çağdaş a.k.a. Anatolian Sessions is an Istanbul-based DJ and producer which interest in electronic music started at his childhood, even before he discovered his true passions. Soon he found his place in Istabul's underground scene by playing techno and derivatives, and after a short break due to his school life, he became interested in the music of his own place/geography. Further, begun to interpret the ethnic arrangements that evoked his childhood tunes and blending in the rich music culture of Anatolia with eclectic and spiritual sounds worldwide, that's when Anatolian Sessions was born in 2016.

Through 76 minutes Çağdaş embraces the story of his life to create the mixtape for our 160th edition. Hence, inspired by himself, the Turkish DJ adds tones of happiness, sadness, anxiety and stress, nevertheless, never getting the energy low but clearly showing off increasing sound construction. It's hard to define where it goes, give it a try, it's up to you.
