Late September Heart is a quiet story of almosts — the words not said, the looks held a second too long, the song left hanging in the air. Set against a backdrop of worn leather booths and late-night jukebox hum, this track leans into a slow-burning country-blues feel. It’s the kind of song that doesn’t raise its voice, but lingers like smoke — steady, honest, and full of the things we don’t say. For nights when something stirs, even in silence. For what almost was.

Der Sound: rau und warm, wie eine Jukebox in einem Diner kurz vor Feierabend. Country-Blues in seiner stillsten Form – ehrlich, zurückgenommen, und voller unausgesprochener Dinge. Un souffle d’âme un hommage à Nicole Croisille
En fouillant dans mes archives studio, je suis retombé sur une vieille maquette, restée discrète, presque oubliée, qui date de 1984. 
En la réécoutant, une évidence s’est imposée : ce souffle musical portait déjà en lui quelque chose de fragile, lumineux, intemporel.
De cette archive est né cet hommage à Nicole Croisille, une artiste dont la voix a toujours su faire vibrer l’indicible.
Pour moi ce morceau s’est imposé naturellement comme un hommage. Parce que sa voix, dans sa justesse et sa profondeur, savait toucher ce que les mots n’arrivent pas toujours à dire. 
Parce qu’elle a chanté l’émotion sans artifice, avec sincérité.
“Un souffle d’âme” est une chanson simple, mais habitée. Elle parle de cette présence invisible qui reste, même quand le silence s’installe. 
Elle est devenue, avec le recul, une manière discrète de lui dire merci.
