S.A.L Suzuki
unleashes beats from the heart of the world's electronic music capital, Berlin. He's an international DJ who has been mastering the art of sound since 1995. Born in the bustling streets of New York City and nurtured in the vibrant culture of Tokyo, Suzuki embodies a unique blend of eastern and western influences that permeate his irresistible grooves.

Hirotaka Miyamoto
a Japanese electronic music producer/DJ from Tokyo living in Malta. Born in 1982, he has been a music junkie from childhood, listening to splendid music of every genre.
DJing from the age of 15, Hiro organised raves since 22 years old and has been producing music since the age of 25 (record release 2008-2012). Music he produces and plays is consistently touched with sensitivity, deepness and rave in mind - without rules or categorising.

It's fair to say that 2012 for us was a pretty busy year for Plex parties. This one was a joint effort with Perc Trax and was yet another belter. If memory serves it didn't stop raining all night/morning and was on the jubilee weekend so we all had Monday off (hence this being the only party we ever did on a Sunday).

This is an all vinyl set is from the wonderful Bethany DeMoss AKA DJ Skirt who was releasing some amazing music on Horizontal Ground and Semantica around this time so we just had to get her on. We had a few technicals with one of the decks which had to be switched out during her set at the start, but once that drama subsided it was all systems go.  

This is a really deep and hypnotic techno workout which for me was one of the best things I heard on the night, so sharing this now 12 years on seems the right thing to do.

Spring is Around the Corner

Very happy to be able to share the set I played on BCN's Red58 for the first EXTRAMOSTRA of the year organized by @mostrabcn It was a set designed for warm up, but little by little the room filled up until it was practically complete, so I had to adapt to the circumstances and raise and lower the intensity to make the audience enter the trance of the night. I really enjoyed playing it and I hope you can enjoy it by reliving it or listening to it for the first time.

(Feel free to ask for track ids, the playlist is quite long and there are tracks that I improvised on the spot)

DIØGO is a seasoned artist, deeply passionate about exploring new musical frontiers. He make his podcast debut on O'clock with a 2 hours dense and obscure journey, influenced by various electronic genres. As a resident DJ in Porto, he frequently graces the decks at Gare, where his inspiration lies in the winding and deliberate depths of deep techno with a top class selection. Let yourself go and enjoy.

Although Marco Roehrich focused his studies on the cinematographic field, his gaze and his feet always pointed towards electronic music. Thus, when he had the opportunity to develop the LAUT project, he poured his soul into it and, not surprisingly, he ended up creating what most electronic music geeks consider the best club in Barcelona nowadays.

Eclectic, without clinging to any specific genre, lover of different rhythm and always defined by a critera that tries to surprise without sacrificing quality, Roehrich is a reliable and daring selector.

This dj set is a recording of Roehrich’s debut at his beloved LAUT, on the 22nd of March ‘24, warming up the dancefloor before the b2b set of Vanity Dust and Headbirds.
