A key figure in Russian techno community, Nastia Reigel started out by throwing illegal dance parties in Siberia when she was just 18. That tenacity and dedication later found her in St.Petersburg in 2018, launching the first-ever queer parties in town called Грань (Grahn’) which was written up in DAZED Magazine. Later, following the footsteps of Грань events, she launched O-Zine Radio – a podcast that intends to introduce, emphasize, and unite queer musicians from Russia and across the globe.

It is a huge pleasure to have Electric Indigo play for our 31st edition of Aria Series. The Austrian DJ, composer and founder of the inclusivity initiative female: pressure is one the most influential European Techno artists acting as a true icon in our scene. Her inspiring career began in Vienna in 1989. Nowadays, having played in 45 countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas, she is internationally known for her multichannel experimental live sets and energetic mixes. Being a regular guest at Berghain, she recently performed at their re-opening night in October. In 2018, ARIA had the honour to host Electric Indigo at our 12-hours takeover at The Cause, London.

As a DJ and producer, Setaoc Mass is part of a select cut of young artists who are absorbing techno’s legacy and carrying the torch into tomorrow. Whilst overseeing his own imprint SK_eleven, his releases push a galvanising brand of techno, steeped in a sense of urgency, ever-propulsive with acute detailing and nods to a futuristic space-age. In addition to a debut release on Len Faki’s Figure which has caught the eye of some of the scene’s most respected DJ’s. As a selector, the Mancunian’s extended DJ sets pull from an expansive spectrum of material both new and old.

The annual Magnetic techno event takes place in a formerly squatted hospital called ORKZ (Oud Rooms Katholieke Ziekenhuis) in the northern part of Holland in the city of Groningen. The building houses about 150 people consisting all sorts of artists and several other free spirits. The ORKZ Bar is located in the old kitchen of the hospital. A small cosy area were artists and crowd can build up the right positive energy and atmosphere. In the past 7 years we've had over some highly respected artists like I/Y, Subjected, Delta Funktionen, Moving Thoughts, Invite, Paul Boex, Oliver Kucera, Kriek & Mack.
