The reference number 73 and our first reference of this year 2022 comes signed by the great Myrddin, from France this fantastic composer delights us with an ep full of eighties and cosmic sounds, with his unique touch, and is that Myrddin since he appeared with his project and label Meloppe Records, is giving much to talk about in the international circuit.

He always gives us an energetic sound for the dancefloor but full of emotions to enjoy, a fine and defined composition characterizes a lot the sound of our french partner, we love it and we can say that this ep will not go unnoticed to your ears.

The ep consists of four tracks, one original accompanied by remixes made in Golden Soul.

Macho Cutie as a special touch, and this nordic team beautifies everything they touch, generating a break version of this wonderful theme, but with its cosmic nuances, very friends of the arpeggios to the Giorgio and stellar pad defining a space sound.

The other two tracks go straight to the dancefloor, James Rod and Aleito are in charge of accompanying this great track with the sound of the house, both taking it to their terrain, fast cuts, brilliant arpeggios and an ideal touch for the dancefloor, quality electronica to cover this great track.

After releasing their critically acclaimed debut single ‘Stillstand’ on Local Suicide’s label Iptamenos Discos the Austrian duo Wiener Planquadrat are returning with their new ‘Dschungel’ EP which includes remixes by legendary electro-punk producer T.Raumschmiere, London-based infamous artist Birds and the uprising disco producer Tech Support.  
The title track ‘Im Dschungel’ is a feel-good disco-pop / indie dance tune that speaks about the urban jungle of Vienna. The exuberant combination of arpeggio distortions, sizzling synths keys and jolly vocals transport listeners right in the middle of bubbly and chaotic Viennese jungle. 
The B-side ‘AIV’ (short for Alles ist Viel) is a dark disco hymn composed of polyphonic plucked synths, classic 80s beat, and distorted arp brassy sounds, while the vocals evoke the wilderness of a tangled and jumbled mind. 
T.Raumschmiere, an artist of multiple facets ranging from punk techno to experimental ambient, maneuvers ‘Im Dschungel’ with abstract and minimalist tones. A steady remix with kick and bass at the forefront wrapped up with bright looping keys. 
Birds twists ‘Im Dschungel’ with an acid bassline, dark metallic strings, and adds mystical vocals showcasing her talent to merge multiple atmospheres into one track and always thrive for edginess and originality. 
‘AIV’ is revisited by London-based Tech Support, who gives it an all-around bouncy and elegant groove, harmoniously matched with spacey effects, bright bells, and screechy synths. 
Wiener Planquadrat is formed by Maximilian Atteneder from Catastrophe & Cure and Michael Weiler, a former member of Luv Shack's Burning Tears. Their work is a union of their two musical background: a mixture of indie, dark disco, and a decent portion of French electro, reminiscing the times they first met. In 2021, they released their critically acclaimed debut single “Stillstand”, which went up onto the top 10 tracks of Austria’s most important youth radio station FM4, was highlighted as track of the day by Byte FM, received glowing reviews on the blogosphere and was described as the “perfect feel-good- disco-track” by German leading electronic print magazine FAZE, while receiving support by DJs such as Joris Voorn, John Digweed, Phunkadelica, Sean Johnston & Damon Jee among others. The ‘Dschungel’ EP is an electrifying collection of tracks showcasing each artists' distinctive style and colourful palette of musical artistry.
It will be released on a strictly limited clear Dubplate 12” and made available digitally on all platforms on April 22nd, 2022.

Something very special here with Slow Motion’s 48th release.

Recorded while experimenting with gear at CIMM studios (Venice Biennale’s centre for computer music which Bottin co-designed in 2019), EYE-BM is a joint release between two of our heaviest hitters: hairy Fabrizio Mammarella and baldie Bottin.

EYE-BM is three tracks of sinister music, sweaty electro with tinges of cyberpunky EBM and New Beat. The icing on the cake is the euphoric remix from Italian synth wave pioneer Alexander Robotnick.
The acidic and jacking flavour might as well be the sound of your mind and body losing it on the dancefloor or missing your stop on the ass-bahn. Turn the dial up to 11. Or 12.

What a band name! Does the contraction of “polyamory” and “armory” say anything about the duo formed of famed producer Michael J Collins and singer Ashley Moore? We didn’t dig the issue further but focused on what we have here. No newcomer, Michael J Collins is some sort of a genius hermit, who produced a number of weird house efforts on labels such as Wolf + Lamb, My Favorite Robot or Apersonal Music, to name a few. His tunes even landed on the Fabric series. But Michael much prefers the shadier underground, and launched his own label FilthyBroke Recordings releasing leftfield instrumental hip hop and pop since 2014. Together with Ashley Moore under Polyarmory they push the bounderies of electronica meets the dancefloor. After of 40 years of dance music history, we wondered if there was yet anything new to bri? These two provide an answer right here. Go figure if this house, electronica, trap, bass or something in between or above! Polyarmory brings a fresh transcendental interpretation of dance music.

To complete the pack with exquisite remixes, Amarcord and Jamie Paton have been invited to join the effort.

Amarcord is a musician, DJ and Live Performer also active in the experimental music circuit.

With a very diverse background that ranges from Krautrock and Ambient to New Wave, Disco and Techno, Amarcord's productions are truly original and unpredictable choices that went as far as having him be one of the to release music on Laurent Garnier’s secret label Cod3 QR, or featured on record labels such as Jennifer Cardini's Correspondant, Watergate (for the compilation curated by Who Made Who), Ombra International and Aeon and many more. He takes 'Dream Back To Sleep' further reaching the quintessence of what the Special place label's goal is about, a shamanic and cosmic take on dance music.

Jamie Paton, is one half of Cage & Aviary and considers himself part man, part machine, part cockatiel. He's a self-described DJ, a one-finger keyboardist, and a pot-tickler. Having put out releases to acclaim on the ltd editions that are Dissident Distribution, Cage & Aviary have since spread their wings with releases on DFA, Tiny Sticks, and Astro Lab. For his part, Jamie Paton brings 'Like Flies To Honey' into some form of dubby abstract land of sounds.
