Welcome to the 74th transmission of the Stellar Series.

Today, let's welcome Maïore for an hour trip of deep music. French musician based in Berlin and head of the @preceptco label, he's already known for his DJ skills in the fields of deep techno. After five years and his last podcast published by our colleagues from @deep_electronic, this is is first try with downtempo music. Oscillating between ambient and dub techno, this low key mix fits well with a lazy afternoon under the winter sun.

Founder and curator of @preceptco, Maïore (@maiore) delivers a mix that cannot be put in a box that easily. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of sounds, he crafts a unique musical experience that resonates with the deeper essence of music, rather than relying on fast-paced, hard-hitting beats. Armed with extensive experience gained from years spent in pursuit of the world's finest dancefloors and festivals, Maiore constantly seeks out a minimalist sound capable of transcending time and space, forging a pathway to unexplored territories.

Founder of @preceptco and resident of Berlin’s repeat bar, Maïore is a preacher of deep and minimalist sounds. Having spent years chasing the world's best dancefloors and festivals, living in places like Tbilisi or Berlin, his musical influences are varied, ranging from ambient/organic sounds to minimal house and techno. The following set was recorded at the end of 2022, to close the year and compile some of the best records he collected during that time.

Bio:

Hailing from the west of France, Maïore made his debuts in electronic music by mixing house music before he moved to Lille 3 years ago. Then he takes a turn and focus his music on deep and atmospheric side of techno. He recently launched Precept with friends, a collective/label that promotes deep music trough events organization, releases of music and sharing of podcasts.
